I have a hard time deciding if I prefer Marta Czech interpreting Bach or Beethoven?
So I won’t decide and watch every video she does and just enjoy.

There is an old Roman saying, 'Two men may do the same thing and it is not the same thing.' To which we can add that when the same thing is done by one of those special treasures given so rarely to the world, we who are privileged to hear and see it are moved and lifted to high and special places. Here we are watching and hearing a such rare treasure work one of her many wonders. Thank you, Marta.

Niemand weiß, wie Clara Wieck gespielt hat. Aber ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass sie genau so gespielt hat.
Again, Marta excels in interpretation, skill and sensitivity with a monumental work. Her femininity adds a lovely dimension to the music, especially with the dynamics in this piece. I feel that a Bosendorfer would be the better instrument, but here, she shows who's boss, taming the Fazioli which can be unkind when attempting ppp.... The overt brightness seems to disappear with Marta's delicate touch!

Zabrała mnie Pani w cudowną, ubogacającą "podróż" muzyczną począwszy od tematu aż do wielkiej kulminacji .Pani interpretacja cyklu znakomicie oddaje kontrasty poszczególnych wariacji. Zachwyca mnie miękkość brzmienia, delikatność w war. 2 o wyciszonym charakterze, subtelny akompaniament war.8, pełna wdzięku "cichość" war.11, liryzm i melancholia w war. 29, 30,31 wzmacniają oczekiwanie na dalszy rozwój. Jakże pięknie te komponenty wykonania "współgrają" z wizerunkiem Pani osoby .Podziwiam doskonałość techniczną w osiąganiu efektów humorystycznych i ironizujących( war. 15, 10) przez właściwe operowanie dynamiką, tempem, artykulacją i kolorystyką. Ujmują mnie także fragmenty majestatyczne, potężne, dostojne w różnych harmonicznych kontekstach. W Wariacjach nawiązujących do estetyki baroku inspiruje Pani słuchacza do medytacji. Znakomicie zagrana potrójna fuga w war.32 zachwyca. Jakże wielkie bogactwo nastrojów wykreowanych poprzez świetna pianistykę!
