Good take on Piquedram. I always tought he was half a pig or something
I thought he was kinda half elf or half gargoyle with his "ears". So hard to tell with these low res pictures.

Rissa needs to have a brown shoulderpad under her red cape, white shirt is a nice accent that could be connecting her to her H4 appearance.
Torosar needs his eyes bigger after shrinking of the remastered icon.
Piquedram is perfect. He is a normal human, but his face makes him look only a bit as a gargoyle, you did it perfect.
У Фафнера на голове тюрбан, а не колпак.
У Пикедрама эти похожие на уши штуки - воротник, белый в черную крапинку. А сверху на шлеме что то вроде куфии.
У Риссы нет косоглазия, она смотрит прямо на игрока, хоть и скосив взгляд.
У Торосара не длинные волосы, а что то типо бармицы у шлема.
У Тана помимо усов есть золотая цепочка из носа в ухо. Бородка красноватая и раздваивается, а не закругляется. Чалма намотана иначе.
Нижняя часть шлема Джозефины похожа на бармицу - она гибкая, а не твёрдая. Волосы собраны в толстую (хоть и растрёпанную) косу (вот почему слева такой "шар), а не распущены.
У Пикедрама явно на шлеме сверху прицеплена голова какой-то высокогорной кошки типа снежного барса.

Rissa looks just great
Fafner- Not only do I like the details on new Fafner's face, but I like the hat that he's wearing.
Neela- The different shades of blue around her head is an interesting design choice.
Piquedram- Ah, so the large bronze things on Piquedram's head are not his ears. That's nice to know.
Iona- So Iona wears bronze plates above her eyes? Strange fashion choice.
Rissa- Very cool remaster.
Torosar- I always thought he was a dwarf due to his long beard.
Thane- Seems like the AI made his mustache thicker. And did he have a beard in the original?
Josephine- It looks like she's trying to peek over the viewer's shoulder in both versions of the portrait.
Thane looks like a Blue Oyster frequenter.
Chad Fafner.
The Naha Queen is the Alpha Stacy, but she and her Nagas become all hot and steamy when Fafner enters the room.
If you ever finish these, I'll be very interested in the final results! ^^

There's some eye problems with the new in-game portraits of Torosar and Thane. Thorosar's left eye seems to have disappeared and Thanes eyes look more blurry in the remaster. Maybe the glow should be less opaque so the "glow corona" would be more greenish and distinct from the eyes + more distinct eye features (irises).

I have no idea what Piquedram is wearing on his head.
He combines a conical helmet with a shawl. Given that he's the master of Gargoyles, this may loosely resemble a gargoyle's head with wings folded above.
All showed in-game variations better original then remaster
Seems that on his helmet he wears skin of some snow cat like snow leopard. And head of this leopard is on the top of his helmet.
Maybe it's better to just remove stuff in such cases? Will cause an outcry of course.
