I have a confession to make. I have to tell someone. I work pretty late, I get home around 11 at night. My routine 5 days a week is to come home, shower, smoke, and come back to this video and eat peanut butter out of the jar in my bed. I look forward to it every day, it helps me through my rough days, and it never gets old. So thank you for that, I guess.

@@MjcburdickLilac They're good, but after one box, I'm over it. I don't have much of a craving for those kinds of sweets anymore. When I do, I typically go for a Nutty Bar, Oatmeal Creme Pie, Zebra Cake, or Rice Krispies Treat.
I like the binaural effect. I lost my headphones a couple weeks ago and the audio here sounds like in-person sounds it’s perfect to fall asleep to and really comforting as always. The affirmations and close quiet whispers are truly healing. Thank you Cap your asmr and video style are amazing
