Hey thanks man appreciate it. Yeah of course I’ve been playing around with this look at lot recently, best way to do it is in curves. Essentially what you want to do is make a flat S curve, so plot 5 equally spaced points on the curve. Bring up the blacks (first point, bottom left) close to your second point. Then bring down your highlights (last point, top right) close towards your 4th point and should achieve that kind of soft look. Hopefully I explained this ok, let me know if you need some more help.
