Loco pilots have dead already and they were working 22hrs continuously they have requested for break but denied due to shortage of loco pilots Hence whole responsibility goes to railway ministry They spent millions for station development and for Vande bharat which is now running in losses in many sections But they are ignoring railway vacancy all accident are caused by the work load of railway employees they are working for 12+ hrs daily
I have worked in NER region, during that time also shortage of staff and technicians was huge problem, with low number of staff how such huge network can work. We all talking about the issue but not the root cause of the issue.

Eastern Region is prone to Train Accidents bcoz of poor infra nd miscommunication as it is congested a lot. All goods Trains should be diverted to Freight Corridors with extensive development of Freight Corridors in Eastern side in priority basis. KAVACH or better Systems should be mandatory in trains. Maybe slow but replacement of Old trains with new more advanced ones needed with all the trains sensored nd connected thru gps so as to give warning much before nd automatically slowing nd gradually stopping if locopilot doesn't respond to the warning.
I am not completely aware of how KAVACH system works. But We a country heading towards Gps enabled toll payment system nd thats first in the World, Can't we make our trains automated gps enabled anti-collition technology? If all trains will be connected to each other through gps navigation den atleast the system can warn the locopilot of the any train before it and after it.. Can't we least do that?? If we can't even do that den we are not ready for bullet trains yet! Its better build our base strong by investing there, by making trains safer nd advanced... instead of moving ahead with bullet trains.
Being a LP I can say, whatever is shown and the reality could be highly different. We're working under high pressure, from all sides, railways dept. is not functioning smoothly, aaye din kitne LP, ALP kat te hein koi news nahi banti. No one cares, our esteemed defense members are acknowledged for what they do and no doubt this must happen, but railway employees are also working day and night, and loosing lifes, they are also front line workers. Jo hua bohut bura hai, and this points towards failure in our system

08:00 these speed restrications to be followed, when a train driver cross an Automatic signal at Red position without any advance authority (As per G&SR 9.02). If a train driver received an authority to cross two or more Automatic signals in red position in advance T/A-912, then first train should be followed a speed restrications of 25 KMPH (An Additional authority for speed restrication that called caution order T/409 also to be issued with T/A-912) after the first train all other train to be run at their booked speed/normal speed. (As per G&SR 9.12/1A) It is the duty of dispatch station SM, to take line clear from the next receiving station before issuing the Authority T/A-912 to any other/next train.
What you're mentioning is about temporary single line working in a double line section. A912 is meant only for TSl working. D912 should had been issued by SM
In this case Wrong Authority was given by SM of RNI....Correct Authority would be TD912. In which speed restriction is very clearly mentioned as 25kmph when vissibility is clear.

जब लिखित अथॉरिटी नही मिलती है तब ऑटो मेटिक सिग्नल को पास करने से पहले दिन में 1 मिनट, रात्रि में 2 मिनट रुककर दिन में 15 एवम रात्रि में 10 kmph से ऑटोमैटिक सिग्नल को पास करते है । TA 912 में स्पीड का कोई रिस्टेक्शन नही है , गुरु जी काम से काम TA 912 फॉर्म ही पढ़ लेते । TB912 , TC912 , TD912 में स्पीड रिस्टेकशन है अगर आप को फुर्सत मिले तो यह फॉर्म डाउनलोड कर लेना । काम से काम स्टूडेंट का भविष्य तो खराब मत करो

I'm a Locopilot.... सब लोग गलत तरीके से रूल को बता रहे है, दरअसल TA/ 912 -- rule में पहली ट्रेन की स्पीड 25kmph होती है, और उसके बाद की सारी ट्रेन की स्पीड नॉर्मल फुल स्पीड ( सेक्शनल स्पीड) होती है, सबसे बड़ा फॉल्ट ये है कि दूसरी ट्रेन तभी चलाई जाएगी, जब पहली ट्रेन अगले स्टेशन पर पहुंच गई हो इसकी संतुष्टि स्टेशन मास्टर करता है। अगर किसी को TA- 912 की प्रूफ चाहिए तो मैं दे सकता हूं जो की रेलवे की नियम की किताब में है।

SM in advance grants L/C after satisfying conditions, adequate distance being 120m beyond starter. and All points set correctly & locked SM after obtaining line clear shall give “authority to Proceed on automatic block system during prolong failure of signal”- T/D.912 indicating the signal No. to pass them. at ON Before giving authority ensure points correctly set & locked, L/C gates informed under exchange of PN. LP of 1st train with T/D.912 proceed at 25 Kmph and lookout for obstruction. Second and subsequent trains can proceed with normal speed. Clearance of section intimated under exchange of PN. As soon signals are put to work both SM shall exchange messages supported by PN.
I work in Indian rly operating department.... Here is huge shortage of sm guard and loco pilot.... Extra duty pressure is always there on everyone..... Most of the goods run without guard which is very dangerous....
At 09:30 Station master was not at fault in giving authority because it was automatic block section in which the whole block section in divided into small signalling sections. Kanchanjunga express had crossed sufficient distance so that SM could pass tha next train with restricted speed (as in authority)

There are many rules for working in automatic section,many different authority for auto,there is not clear speed like15/10, because its not 1st train after signal failure,so there are many reasons,this time can't say whose mistake,Lp,SM, section controler,TLC. Authority was given for driving BTW chattar hat to Rangpani not after that but due to more speed the Rangpani station was crossed and after Rangpani the other express is standing and after Rangpani the signals are also working .....the only mistake of driver is over speed ...as provision for keeping goods is also at Rangpani station...your vedio only says all these things I just connected it

If ADAS available in 20-30 lakh vehicle (4 wheeler) why not radar technology in trains ! As of now only 1500 km railway in KAVACH system then just imagine what will be the time required for all track to enable KAVACH. I' m surprised that Jio network or fiber service are uninterrupted during rain and thunder storm. If any issues arises that be solved in few hours not like days. What they changed and what Indian Railway's budget??????

सर जी आटोमेटिक सिग्नल को रेड आस्पेक्ट मे पार करने का रूल एक बार study कीजिए..इसमें स्टेशन मास्टर की कोई गलती नहीं है..TA/912 मिलने के बाद loco पायलट को 15/10 की स्पीड मे चलना होता है और किसी भी ostruction के पहले रुकने के लिए तैयार रहना होता है.. आटोमेटिक सिंगलिंग सिस्टम मे ऐसे ही एक के पीछे दूसरी गाड़ी certain डिस्टेंस पर चलती रहती है..

bro, it never reaches 56 degrees Celsius, max can be 45 not more than that. if it reaches above 45 then the loco pilot will unconscious.

Eastern Region is prone to Train Accidents bcoz of poor infra nd miscommunication as it is congested a lot.
All goods Trains should be diverted to Freight Corridors with extensive development of Freight Corridors in Eastern side in priority basis.
KAVACH or better Systems should be mandatory in trains.
Maybe slow but replacement of Old trains with new more advanced ones needed with all the trains sensored nd connected thru gps so as to give warning much before nd automatically slowing nd gradually stopping if locopilot doesn't respond to the warning.

It is the duty of dispatch station SM, to take line clear from the next receiving station before issuing the Authority T/A-912 to any other/next train.
What you're mentioning is about temporary single line working in a double line section. A912 is meant only for TSl working. D912 should had been issued by SM

At 09:30 Station master was not at fault in giving authority because it was automatic block section in which the whole block section in divided into small signalling sections.
Kanchanjunga express had crossed sufficient distance so that SM could pass tha next train with restricted speed (as in authority)

Authority was given for driving BTW chattar hat to Rangpani not after that but due to more speed the Rangpani station was crossed and after Rangpani the other express is standing and after Rangpani the signals are also working .....the only mistake of driver is over speed ...as provision for keeping goods is also at Rangpani station...your vedio only says all these things I just connected it
