Sat Shri Akal ji. Just saw your channel and wanted to see the recipe. Enjoyed the detailed points about cleaning and how to reduce smell of the fish and what kind of fish to buy. All very important points.
Just one little request, the background music at odd points became very loud which made it impossible to hear what you are trying to say. Best is to turn the music off unless when you are not talking and just working.
