You might be able to troubleshoot it by relaunching the game, switching devices or switching your internet connection. On the other hand, if you haven't purchased the name change follow these: 1. Open Stores ( located beside ingredients and menu on the left side) 2. Select Purchase ( icon looks like a treasure chest with lots of rubies) 3. You'll see four tabs, click on Purchase 4. On the Purchase tab, hit on ETC 5. You'll see Name Change there that costs 50 rubies. This should do it! 😊
