For forced or precautionary landings, I use:
Land “With 6S”:
With = Wind direction and strength.
S1= Size
S2= Shape
S3= Slope
S4= Surroundings
S5= Surface
S6= Stock (animals)

I only have third party included with membership of SAFA. Yes the real insurance is too dear.
