Kimbra brings something to modern music that we've needed for a long time. She's non comparable. I can't think of another who does things quite like she does. I think she will soon become very big, and when she does, I'll be proud to say I was one of the ones that helped her get there. And I also hope she stays true to what she wants to do and doesn't change her style to fit mainstream crap. She's too good.

Kimbra's style is so modern retro! Her "look" is a designer's dream! Though she may have highly coveted, talented, avant-garde designers and stylists (appears to be incredibly talented, artistic Asian costume designers) dressing her for her videos, it is obvious she makes the final call on her wardrobe.
This is consistent throughout her wardrobe/style choices. See her 2015 Coachella performance (the electric blue "Brillo" coat and chrome bustier) and before. Incredibly quirky, but on pointe and artistically advanced - just as with her songwriting, vocals, and music.

Just watched a movie about her parents love story. It's called Daffodils. Loved it
