They removed Wisp being able to act without turning in 7.28, that's 3 years ago
So since then Pango is the only hero with that property (he doesn't have a "fastest turn rate", he doesn't need to turn to act)

Nah, it was beast fault in this game. The WL also looks like NPC. Doesn't matter how much space you get for your carry if you're feeding than it's just a useless space you're creating. It's not even 1:1 trading when you do it like that. It's really hard too see a game where carry to 1v5 when his team is behind.

manta is way more efficient than bkb in the early game, considering he had a beast master in team, should've had lots of solo kills
but the beast turns out to be a low mmr id buyer
bkb first item may work in archon bracket but surely does not do much in immo
