I see the ice looks to be very soft.... but does it have small tiny pebbles of ice(chunks of ice) throughout the shave ice??? I've always heard cube machines almost always has problems with letting tiny chips of ice pass through the blade of the machine.
Sorry for the late reply: It shouldn't have small chunks of ice, but that isn't to say it can never happen. The Block Pro does its job well, and you will get powdery soft ice every time. You can give us a call if you have further questions.
