You should be able to replace it with Amazon. My first one I ordered from bigbadtoys and they replaced it at no additional cost. My 2nd from Amazon also had the wrong wind and they also replaced it.
@@Michelangelo.077 Agreed, I am actually getting it SPECIFICALLY because it is 7" or there abouts. I want to put it with all my other figs, and I collect McFarlanes... So yeah there ya go.
The ability to change facial expressions is such a cool feature. do they still sell these?

Yes, Bigbadtoys sent me a replacement.
The joints are soft?
Not soft but Fragile. Be careful when replacing the hands.
