The two front blonde streaks is from the late 90s - early 2000s. My senior year I had them and that was 2000!

In the 90's when I'd do those highlights in front, it was with the kit with the plastic bonnet and hook to poke the hairs you wanted to bleach out. Sometimes the bleach would get INTO the cap. What a mess that was! 😝
