Every time you said that you're not sure if you pronounced it right, my wife and I looked at each other and smiled. You pronounced those names better than our kids could. They were born here, and they speak Vietnamese with an accent. You have a talent for speaking Vietnamese! It's not easy. Great job.
Pho is really good at a cold day for me and if you have bad cold or allergies it will help you a lot. Everything is look good, just so funny I made that coconut and jelly yesterday. Lol Thank you for video .🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️
Who said I was Vietnamese? Lol. Keep in mind that the video was made 3 years ago. Things may have changed, especially the hours, and maybe even the food... haven't been there in a long while.
It usually takes me 6 hours to prepare a good pot of phở broth. Wanna eat phở on Saturday, have to start the broth on Friday night. Cannot rush with phở. Thank you for introducing Vietnamese cuisine to the world.
I remember when I discovered Vietnamese food. It is still my top 3 favorite foods in the world. The flavors are so good! Wish I can try your home-made pho! 😃
Hello from Melbourne, Australia 🇦🇺. We have a lot of Vietnamese restaurants here, and a lot of shops just selling banh mi, rice paper rolls and coffee. I love the freshness of Vietnamese. This restaurant looked amazing.
@@lasvegaseats702 You choose a lot of great food spots. Itd be nice to see you bite into all the great food and react. The food shots are amazing and better than other channels but it leaves something to be desired in terms of fulfillment. We wanna see you crush and enjoy everything! haha
@@parlayin Thank you for your comments, I appreciate them. Some people have told me that they don't want to see eating scenes because it was disgusting to them. Some people just aren't into mukbang-type videos. Also, I've come to the point now where I can't show myself. to show myself now would take the mystery element away... and my channel would not be the same. There are some people who have seen me... either from my old video (which are now deleted), and the restaurants where I film. Now I'm convinced that featuring the food is the best thing.
I love Vietnamese food. Have you tried Bun Rieu (tomato, crab noodle soup), Banh Xeo (crepe) and Broken Rice Combo Plate? I would recommend those dishes, if they have.
loved vietnamese food before it was in style. ate it in the mid eighties when all the viet boat refugees started opening restaurants in my area. Viet is now kinda the hip food these days. As you can see in the video, its a lot more than just pho. wanna come down to visit again ,but the rental cars are outrageous now and into the future. Was checking sep and oct and the hotel prices are nuts .
Yeah the prices are crazy. Hotels are cheapest on weekdays AWAY from the strip: Fiesta Henderson, Sunset Station, Sam's Town, Boulder Station, Cannery Hotels (both locations), ... these used to have reasonable rates during weekdays... don't know about now.
Sometimes I wish I could travel to exotic locations to eat authentic foods. But I'm happy eating food at various restaurants in America where I'm less likely to get food poisoning.
I went to Thailand last February, and it was amazing. I did worry a little that I might get food poisoning, but I had absolutely no problems. Prices were unbelievably cheap, food was incredible! Can't wait to go as soon as travel is permitted.
Not so much from Chinese even though because there are many Chinese who were born and raised in Vietnam for generations have cultivated Chinese Cantonese style food sold in Saigon. However, traditional Viet foods from north, central and south regions do not have a lot of influences from China. Viet foods are generally not cooked in a wok. Viet foods are heavily flavored by onions, shallots, garlic and fresh herbs. The Vietnamese people are very creative in inventing dishes and regionally driven. Northerners prefer savory while southerners like sweetness. Central like savory and spicy. Northerners like soups and southerners grill more. Unique thing about Vietnamese cuisine is there are countless dishes and flavors and you will never be able to try it all if you are in VN. it would take living there for at least six months to go after it.
great video! seems that prices are still reasonable at this eatery for LAS; u happen to know how long it's been open? will try to check it out when revisiting LAS later this month... plan to be at the strip for a short visit; lol, car rental rate is now 3-4 times higher than that before the pandemic
I love vietnamese foood!! My husband is from Korea and he is missing authentic Korean food. Can you do authentic korean restaurants in vegas plz? ive already watched your premium Korean BBQ vs Cheapest Hidden BBQ

You're welcome!
Looking forward to trying this place next time we’re in Vegas. Thanks for the video!!
BTW - ‘Yen’ is pronounced like ‘een’ in Vietnamese
"Een"? Wow, thanks so much. I would never have known.
Love your camera work and food shots

It's been open for less than a year. Can't remember exactly

Are you Vietnamese?
No, but I've been there a couple of times.
Cute
Yen Kitchen was closed .
Open now. They were closed for a brief period of time.
Their current hours are 10 am to 7:30 pm. I don't know what happened, but there's a sign on the front door that says they are hiring Kitchen staff
Every now and then I still mispronounce Pho
Try saying the other dishes 😆
You completely butchered the name of the restaurant! Lol
The Y is silent in Yen. Its pronounced eeiing, it means sparrow in Viet.
Yes, as someone had already commented about that below. Since I'm not Vietnamese, I would use the English pronunciation for Englis letters.
@@lasvegaseats702 its all good!! Glad you could experienced the flavors of Viet food.
Yeah I love it. I wish the manager told me during the filming. But they went through a lot of changes since the vidoe. Wish them good luck.
Cute
