I don't think that Tyler Perry is literally saying pay the light bill only. He was figuratively speaking. Also he used major key words. He said IF SHE IS COMFORTABLE with that then it's okay. I have to respectfully disagree. Black women are socialized to SETTLE. This is also the reason why black women are the most disrespected group of people on earth. As black women, we have to have some self esteem.
