But if you are a beginner i would recommened you to go goredrinker to get more ability hastes. If you are skilled, you can go divine (vs tanks), or eclipse(to carry), or even the claw. The most popular build is to rush hydra as the first item, its the perfect item for riven.

Going cdr to me atleast is like going dark seal in a sense, high risk high reward. Plus ultimately, tabis will do a lot more than the 3-5% cdr boots give late. Good early but I would definetly switch them later to a more appropriate boot. Also, if they have a morg, lux, xerath, and whatever else high cc champs with ap dmg, you obviously go mercs. That and a pot or rune could get you to well over 50% tenacity, which imo is the most underrated stat in the game

It is not a bug, it is due to the attack speed slow from fiora's w (parry). Watch his attack speed stat drop. The animation is slowed as a result.
