Hi dear, Same pinch .. I use the same products except the soap. I used to use teddy bar for a long long time. Now I use Cetaphil liquid soap or seba med. They are v v gentle . Himalaya baby powder is good. I ve not tried the powder which u have mentioned. Will try next time . I swore by sebamed rash cream. Though it's a bit expensive, it's worth. I would change diapers v frequently when I used them . Baby acne is v common among infants. My son has acne all over his body. Even the softest cotton clothes would itch and irritate him . I used to freak out. But thank God, it went away . I used baby calamine lotion to cool the skin ( as prescribed by my doctor).
My baby skin (knee to toe ) get dry my pediatrician recommend tedibar and daffy soap and recommend coconut oil to apply the area Knee dryness shows that baby body dryness so give ghee to baby food after 7 month

Cetaphil body lotion contains fragrance and propylene glycol. So its good to avoid cetaphil lotion. You can give a try to "the moms co" lotion.

for body massage use seasame oil as cococnut oil is cool in nature and also banglore stay cooler mostly so for warmth it would be better
Tried that as well..Her body is just hot naturally..so the cooling of coconut helps
