As f2p , I got ayaka c2 , Kazuha c1. It’s just about who you want for your box. You can just massively save your wishes and wait for the one you really want and be c3r1 as f2p. Just depend on how patient you are and how much you grinded the game

Hmm...I would still prefer using HP% timepiece instead of ER. Her energy needs is not that much, with the pipe + c1Yelan (any hydro) in her team is enough for every rotation cycle. With that high CRT Rate but lower HP% doesn't mean she'll give big damage numbers even at c2. HP% matters. Also, take advantage of the pipe CRT Rate and find a good balance of CV, so that you can use CRT DMG circlet instead. She only needs anything above +75% minimum CRT Rate. This is the optimal build for C0-C3 Furina with the pipe.
I mean, with the Festering desire, I more or less kinda have the same crit stat as that if you take the dmg bonus in to account. Its a shame he doesn't hae it lol😂

My furina has HoD and no set bonus w 82/206 CR/CD b4 freeze crit buff. I just gave her my best "have on hand" artifacts. I haven't yet farmed or raised a single artifact for her specifically.
i have exactly the same furina with less er. i think 200% is overkill unless that's the only hydro character you have. i always run furina with another hydro character for resonance.

My flower is 42 cv feather is 47cv sands is 42 cv goblet is 43 cv and the circlet is my worst piece with 12 cv but it has 16er. I am running Hp/hp/crit dmg. Im not sure if I can post links here
