Guys heres the breakdown of this masterpiece, I u didn't get that because u have been overdosed by the bollywood style of linear story telling. It has been shot beautifully. Heres the breakdown.
The song start with bhuvan looking at their picture, following we see that they have a really cute and strong relation with each other, bhuvan is more of a responsible guy and the girl is more of a chilled out girl. Both of them are artists. Bhuvan sings at a bar and is serious with his job while the girl is more intrested towards her passion for art, this also reflects in their charachter traits .At 00:50 we can see him trying to write his new song named sang hu tere but can't find any lyrics that when he finds inspiration in his own life.we see them arrange her drawing set and having fun and at 01:38 bhuvan is getting a call and is seen crying this is the part where is doctor might have said that he is suffering from a particular illness. Now at 02:22 we see him inviting her for a date later at 02:27 we see both having an argument over a piece of paper, if u zoom in u can see its an Airtel mobile bill, so probably the girl paid the bill and that made bhuvan feel insecure,(since he might have started is medication hence started running out of savings).At 02:38 we see him sitting inside a hospital(the guy next had a file and also the poster behind the bench clearly says its a hospital) later we see her calling bhuvan while his phone rings below his phone is a same file like one the guy had in the hospital and we see bhuvan crying a lot this means he had very less time. Later we see him perform at the bar and he earns money so they go on a road trip, in the following video we see bhuvan cherishing each and every moment with her and crying over his fate without telling it to her. At 03:37 we can see him coughing loud which says that the end was very near. Finally we see him compiling their best moments and making a video song as a last ode to his beautiful lover. The songs end with the girl crying by watching his last song. She turns the photograph and we see bhuvans s final gift to her the song, video and the photograph which is a total irony to the reality.

Story line: The video describes the love and beautiful moments of boy & girl. The boy struggles to write & compose a song, on the other hand the girl takes tuition & work as well. Its the sad part when the boy would be in hospital with clock clicking & would come to know that he is about to die, he cuts her call in the car & cries. After calling & waiting, the girl goes to the cafe by herself and find him performing as an artist in the cafe and the boy apologies with a note. Finally he spends all the quality time with girl and records the moments in a video song, which he gifts her along with the portrait photo written as "Sang hoon tere.. Now & Forever". (The boy is no more physically).
