the way the lyrics encourage the listener to take action to make a change helped me quite alot (as it was the thing i needed to hear because i felt weak back then) especially since it was one of those songs that played while i was going through a tough breakup with an ex that cheated on me :/ (dont worry tho, i’ve recovered since)
