if you want to make your own move stick
use the d pad(top right corner with the arrows)
go to the option on the button just like how you bind a stick and a key
and sellect left stick
that way you dont need to use the orriginal gamepad settings if you want it

You can't

It's possible to connect an xbox controller to iphone via bluetooth (this video ua-cam.com/video/tTKYJUxJXk4/v-deo.html amongst others can demonstrate how) and from what I'm seeing online, Xbox One controllers alongside others have great support and should work with Brawlstars.

Right I should've been more clear, changing the "sensitivity" in the moba pad is done by enlargening or decreasing the radius of the pad itself.

Possibly could have something to do with the default pad (unless this is changed by now), maybe you could switch it to a moba skill pad like what is done for attack and super?

If you set the sensitivity low enough (so a large enough radius) then you should be able to just pull the joystick back to it's resting position to cancel your attack/super. If the sensitivity is too high (circle is very small) then it may be less likely to detect cancelling an attack.

As in a controller without joysticks, or the joysticks feature not working? For the first one, you could try substituting it with a dpad if you have one, but your gameplay would be very limited.
