Personally, I'd swap out quicksilver for 2099, depending on levels ofc. I'm lvl76 and Synergy with weaver, as well as the ability to go 1st and slow down teams, then weaver getting to use the ability block 1st is great. Pairing them with internals (sersi & ick) and kestrel, is one good team at my level. Hope that helps 🙏
