After 6 legendary (LEGENDARY!!!!) performances and 8 hours later, the crowd just couldn't manage to stick around at 1am in the morning to witness Cameo stepping in unison to the downbeat as the bass floated effortlessly over Kenni Hairston's masterfully crafted chords. At 3:08, I cried so hard I wanted Larry Blackmon to see how important it was to me to hear this song, on that night, at that moment...that their work, their craft, and their legacy was not in vain on that night. Thank you Cameo for existing.
