I have to dig along 2sides of my nephews foundation in the spring so he can water proof it because he is getting water in the basement,, wasnt exactly sure which machine i was gonna rent until i saw this video ,, and trax cavator is definatly the right tool for the job after watching this video thanks tim.. that zero tail feature is defiantly gonna be a time saver ..
Wow thats a time saver i wish i had one maybe one day,for the size it appears to have great lifting power no struggles. It sure beats putting the levelers down and raising them up to move around.
Great job Tim ! And your wife was a very important part of this project !!!! Again thank both of you !!! Be safe my friends and God bless you all !!!!!! Eddy
Hello When starting a trench you scrape off in layers, from the furthest reach of the boom all the way back to the machine. This will ensure the track is going straight and not starting to veer off course. To obtain a nice flat level, use the boom and the bucket in unison by moving the lever over towards the bucket to crowd it slightly. That is you keep the bucket flat as you start bringing the arm back towards your machine. It takes a bit of practice but once that skill is achieved you can grade with ease. Another good tip, if your machine wobbles because you are sitting on an uneven surface while digging. Wiggle the tracks slightly this will help the machine bed into a more level surface. A wider bucket without the teeth would be a great addition to your machine to help move the piled dirt quickly and for levelling large areas. These machines are worth their weight in gold. Congratulations on your new addition to the digging family :)
Just have to say that's a lot of exposure hope it doesn't rain before he gets it poured. Perfect tool for the job, a backhoe that digs like that would take a 40-50 HP tractor and definitely not as handy. That Lazer level is a nice addition, the finance committee is really coming through. Great video as always.
Hi Tim, Good equipment (Topcon). Getting ready for some leveling. Topcon Laser, Topcon Pole mount 360 degree reciever mounted on box blade, with Topcon blue tooth magnetic mount display in cab. This way I wont have to look backward at reciever mounted to three point with blade, Raising, lowering watching only display in cab. Full automatic is $5k more, Hopping manual will be just fine for 1/4 acre. Here is a magnetic reviever for back hoe Topcon LS-B10 Machine Mounted Laser Receiver 57110 mounts to backhoe for level trench. Case will be happy to see this video.
Hi Tim greetings from New Mexico. I have following you guys for a while and enjoying your videos. You inspire me to buy my own tractor and I got me a 2025r.
Something else you could have done to level the excavator while digging, is to turn the tracks 90 degrees and use the dozer blade to level Casey. It does require more work to move.
Good looking machine looks the same size as my 17D deere handy size for what I do I have a 16"tooth bucket and I also got a 30" ditching bucket from a 27d made to fit because they didn't make one for the 17d. Handles the 30" no problem I use that bucket all the time because I can move dirt so much faster. Nice video. Is dangerous being in a trench people have lost their lives. I almost got caught once trench caved when I thought it was Solid. Just jumped back in time and just caught my leg luckily. Be careful!
I hope they don't forget and use the back door. That first step is gonna be a doozy! Casey looks like he is fun to operate. I could have used him on a project this week.
Yea, that first step won't be pleasant! Wish we could have joined you to help! Casey is smooth. Works very well. The controls are very handy. I try to operate it smoothly, but I'm sure a more experienced operator could make it look like magic.
May I suggest, that the next time you're on uneven ground, orient Casey with the tracks perpendicular to your trench. Then use the blade to lift Casey to a level position from the downward side. By doing this you will also loose stability, front to back, from your digging direction as your tracks are now perpendicular and you have the shorter span towards your digging direction. Casey is a great addition to the team!
Great job Tim you have to love how fast you can swing and dump the dirt so for away from where you are digging at and that you can get right next to the house to dig ! now you need a small dump trailer to work with Johnny so you can move it out of the way ! but great first video for casey ! have you tried to put Johnny & Casey on the trailer to see if they would fit ? take care have a great day and God bless ! Curt :-)
I did not think they would i know Johnny is just like my Kioti and they take all most hole trailer but i have see some guys put the Mini-Excavators on side ways up front and let the backhoe hang off the back ! but take it ezy ! Curt
Man i like that zero tail swing and i love that offset boom feature Nice ,nice indeed i wish Johnny and my Massey had those features but as you said different strenghts and talents.
Put your spoils (excavated materials) about 3' away from the excavation. And so you can see your lines when digging put you bucket flat to the ground and knock the loose dirt back in the trench to take out with the next bucket.
Turn the machine sideways and use the blade to level the excavator. Note dirt should be two foot away from you ditch and no one should be in a 5’ ditch. Always safety first! Good job on the dig.
No need to pile dirt up to make yourself level. You should just turn your tracks sideways and use the blade to level yourself to dig the vertical ditch.
That is correct, but sometimes you have just have to turn them and take smaller bites to make things a little more comfortable and convenient to yourself. Every job is different and there could be a lot of different ways to do each job. Thanks again for posting these videos. You do great work and I enjoy watching them. Main thing is to stay safe out there.
Real excavators don't have blades and should always dig with the main idliers and not on drive sprokets and in tight areas ofcourse you might gotta dig sideways and to level yourself out your take a scoop and dump it under which ever track you need to level
Could use a mini excavator like that here for a weekend. Digging out a half filled ditch with the front end loader is challenging. Mini excavator would be perfect though however.
Just saw this video. Good job. Get used to building a level area for the excavator to work from. Talk to the finance department about getting a 36-40 inch grading bucket and a atv dump trailer while it won't replace the JD you can get a lot done with those items. Keep on having FUN
Tractor Time with Tim I always buy a new pair about this time every year. They're a little more expensive than most, but the fit is perfect, & they're oh so warm....
Nice job Tim! I can see why you would need Casey. When are you getting the second truck and trailer? Might need another shed while you're at it. :) Are you buying Casey? The people around you are getting a deal having you do all this work for them. Glad you and Christy are having fun doing what you do.
Case has provided Casey to us for the long(er) term. The customers are not getting the work for free :-)...but hopefully they are getting a good value. We are having a great time. Not sure what we'll do all winter! Have you seen our merchandise? Check it out at tractortimewithtim.com/shop
As for the deal, I meant they don't have to pay as much as hiring someone that does it for a living. Haven't seen your merchandise but will check it out. Thanks.
How far down do you think this would dig safely? I want to put a French drain in around my house and I have to dig about 7 feet deep. Do you think this would be safe to use or go with a bigger machine?
Yea, this thing is really nice. Very handy, and powerful enough to handle lots of digging tasks. Welcome to our channel! Hope you stick around for more of our videos.
Tim Great first real job for casey. I thought you did great operating him. Do you think he's going a little overboard with the depth of his footers? IM sure he's realizing now that he didn't need the load of dirt. LOL Also I don't believe he picked the best time of the year to start a project like that i can see a lot of weather delays in his future. LOL Am I wrong? Another Great video and day of family fun. Keep up the good work and great videos!!! And thanks for taking the time to film and edit these videos for us I know it can take a lot of time.
Oh my, you have to stop posting videos of new equipment that i love as i cant afford anymore new toys! For real, great video Tim as usual and keep posting my friend we all enjoy them.
I have to try and rent one of those Case this summer for a little project i've come up with. Do you all have to deal with a HOA to do these improvements, permits and all??
The customer usually handles the permitting in our situation. We usually work with more 'DIY' oriented folks. We usually don't handle a complete construction project. Casey will definitely do the job for you.
I an not beleive that Case does not have a thumb kit, makes a huge difference in working on projects. Needed the proper bucket for this kinds work, a mucking bucket would have been faster. Got the machine so far figured out.
Some say front some say back, I've done it both ways with mine and find it hops less when at the back, I watched this video from cat and it explains it a little betterua-cam.com/video/oRZbOMoeTx8/v-deo.html if you have a chance give it a try and see what you think.
Tim your wife did say she wondered if she could get you to build one of these in your back yard. Maybe you can get her approval for a small trailer for Johnny if you build her a patio with a fireplace... LOL.
I'm on board with what you mean Alvie. I went on and searched for something I think would fit well. Scroll down to almost the bottom of the page and look for "2 Ton Dump Trailers". And yes, it comes in JD Green... berkelmanswelding.on.ca/farm_dump_trailers.html
When you just finish digging those huge holes and the dirt is piled up all over the yard... That's when you start feeling a little overwhelmed. Nice job for the new Case! 😃👍
the kubota engine sure is quiet on the cx17c how do you like the case my buddy from kubota/case IH dealer just sold another 20 cx17c with kubota u35-4 mini excavtors wich he sells them same cheapest price of the kubotas
saw a Case Construction add before the video, man, I'm going to have to price out one of those new case 580 backhoes and cx series mini excavators. I see one in my future! How do you like your cx 17 excavator tim?
There was no 'pre-delivery', as this is a pre-production unit provided directly from the factory. I will take a look and resolve...if I can remember. Have you seen the other Casey videos?
+Bob Cole that is pretty much it, in a nutshell. However, as we were sweeping out the shed last night, Christy said that neither one of them are very good are very good at wiping their feet off before they come inside!
I see a spinoff coming soon. Casey Time with Christy. Has a nice ring to it. Hope I spelled her name right. Hope I am not being impolite in asking, but what does a machine like Casey cost and don’t you have a smooth blade bucket too? Thought I saw one in another video. Great job on some serious footers.
We do not have a smooth bucket. We do not know the actual purchase price. Case construction has loaned is Casey for use in our videos. The MSRP is around 32,000. The selling price is much less.
Hi there, I was wondering if you could help me out. I have a big hole to dig, in order to build my house. After seeing the prices of rentals and the crazy prices of paying someone to do it, I was wondering if it's plausible to buy a mini excavator and do the job myself. I have more than a month to do it, and the whole thing will be around 10 feet deep to the bottom layer. Around 40 feet times 35 feet is the outside dimensions of the construction hole... Is this plausible? Subcontractors are asking in the range of 15.000 dollars and I can buy a brand new mini excavator for around 10.000 and probably sell it afterwards for 6-7 easy. Would save me a lot of money if plausible, and now with the Corona I have all the time I need. I have no experience on the excavators but am smart and tech savy
You won’t find one that will dig 10’ deep for $10,000 brand new! What are you going to do with all the dirt you dig out of the hole? It will take a huge space to store it. I suspect with no experience, you should allow someone else to help you. Where are you located?
@@TractorTimewithTim it doesn't have to dig that deep as there is room for the ramp no problem. I am a civil engineer, have seen it a thousand times, but never done it myself. Berlin, Germany, I already found plenty in range 8-11 k, just not sure if it's plausible
@@TractorTimewithTim as far as all the dirt goes, about 1/5 will go back after the basement is done, about 1/3 will go to build a step-wise garden, a ramp and a car port, level with ground floor (around 4 feet high). I should be left with 2/3 to 1/2 of all that we dug out. There are companies that transport those, I would pay for that part, and there's a lot of private people that would take a part away for free. So I figured I could do the works real carefully with a mini excavator (there's some installations that need to be patiently cleared away, a shovel for the most part). I am just not sure if the quantity of the job is implausible or if I am overestimating the machine since I've never seen it in action. You seem to be able to do almost everything with it, so I was wondering if there are limits to the machine... Also, a lot of companies selling their used equipment cheap now because of Corona, but I am not sure if that's a risk worth taking since I never owned or maintained one, so I figured buying a small new one should be ok? 1 tonne -1.2 tonne machines approximately
Are you folks contractors? It’s not safe to be in a hole that deep with out shoring up the sides.also when digging on small slope turn the machine side ways and use your blade to level the machine, that’s a sweet machine keep the fun coming
One why did you throw your dirt to the inside of the footer??? And also why not use your blade to level your self out just put it to the downward side and use it to lift the machine to get level
I put some inside, but most outside. I didn't have much on the inside until he had me dig that 4x4x3 hole by the back door. I was not expecting that one. Digging to the side (blade not directly in front of you) doesn't work very well. really need the blade directly in front to dig effectively.
Now you just need this. www.cmpattachments.com/EXCAVATOR_GRAPPLE_p/cmphg61.htm I work in landscaping mainly building boulder retaining walls and we use that exact grapple with a kubota kx057. I have moved rocks 4 feet around with that setup, lots of fun.
Any good operator knows u have to adapt to the situation. If you are a good operator it doesn't matter where blade is. In a perfect world you would dig with it in front of you but it's not a perfect world.
Love your guys vids but please read up on some osha trenching rules at depths 5 foot or more u either need to slope the trench or have shoring If someone is gonna be in the trench your better off staying out of the trench and you need to keep your spoils at least 2 foot from the edge of the excavation. As crappy as that dirt was it could have caved off on your wife that stuff happens quick. I just dont want to see one of u guys getting hurt. I Hope ur working for cash and dont have a company for this work your doing cause osha would have a field day over this them guys don't play around.lol be safe u guys
Sorry about that. ...but welcome to our channel anyway. Maybe try another of our videos and see if it is ‘less painful’. If not, please let us know how we can improve.
bkrgi that guy in the video is lifting the machine on purpose just to try and make his point! Anyone that knows how to operate a machine this will not happen too them with the blade in front plus if you are digging really tough dirt/clay blade in the rear will not hold you. You will just pull yourself forward every time. Don't care what the video says I have put hundreds of hours on one and this guy is wrong!
I’ve put thousands of hours on mini, rookies put the blade in front... blade just gets in your way too much when it’s in front of you and you lose break out force. Also as you back up you can knock down uneven ground.
+PhatboyHD88 too bad we aren't closer!
Enjoyed seeing Casey at work. Dad said if he was 20 years younger he would buy one.
Eddy
One thing to remember Tim when it starts freezing you need to clean the track and roller frames. If it has to ever set outside that is !!!!
+Ray Eddy thanks Eddy. She is an important part of EVERY project!
+Ray Eddy ok,'thanks! First equipment I've had with tracks
On surface coal mines we used what is called a track spade. Just a slim shovel really .
Hello

Casey’s maneuverability is excellent. Good job. I think you may have to bring Johnny back to move some of that dirt.
+Lod Price that is the plan, yes!
Hi Tim, Good equipment (Topcon). Getting ready for some leveling. Topcon Laser, Topcon Pole mount 360 degree reciever mounted on box blade, with Topcon blue tooth magnetic mount display in cab. That sounds like a fancy setup.
Hi Tim greetings from New Mexico. I have following you guys for a while and enjoying your videos. You inspire me to buy my own tractor and I got me a 2025r.

Really loved this video
That footer is deep enough to support a 27 story high rise
+David Miller yes
Tractor Time with Tim after watching your other video I see that you’re dealing with a frost line, something this Florida boy don’t deal with
That's exactly what I thought. Did he say its better to be larger than needed to be safe. That concrete is not cheap!!
The fun continues, digging the footers and then Johnny will spend some time moving the dirt around.
+Ken Litherland can't wait!!
Looked like a fun project. You need a followup video later once he gets it all built.
+Vincent Amyotte we should be back another couple of times.
May I suggest, that the next time you're on uneven ground, orient Casey with the tracks perpendicular to your trench. Then use the blade to lift Casey to a level position from the downward side. Looking forward to the day when johnny and casey have a team job
excellent looking dirt there! i live close to lake michigan and our soil, well, is pretty much sand where i'm at.
Yea, soil is pretty good around here.
Man i like that zero tail swing and i love that offset boom feature Nice ,nice indeed i wish Johnny and my Massey had those features but as you said different strenghts and talents.
Yes, this mini ex is made for a specific purpose, and it does that beautifully.
Put your spoils (excavated materials) about 3' away from the excavation. And so you can see your lines when digging put you bucket flat to the ground and knock the loose dirt back in the trench to take out with the next bucket.
+Branden Howard good advice, thanks.
Turn the machine sideways and use the blade to level the excavator. Note dirt should be two foot away from you ditch and no one should be in a 5’ ditch. Always safety first! Good job on the dig.
How did this project look when it was all done ? would love to see the finished product...
We haven’t been able to see it. I do not think it is done yet.
No need to pile dirt up to make yourself level. You should just turn your tracks sideways and use the blade to level yourself to dig the vertical ditch.
+01Brever as I said in another comment, sideways digging doesn't work so well. Really need the blade in front to stabilize.
That is correct, but sometimes you have just have to turn them and take smaller bites to make things a little more comfortable and convenient to yourself. Every job is different and there could be a lot of different ways to do each job. Thanks again for posting these videos. You do great work and I enjoy watching them. Very cool little machine! 👍🇺🇸
+Golden Farms yes, very nice!
The people at case that let you try out this equipment got there moneys worth on this first video. more to come. Great tool.
Hope so!
Could use a mini excavator like that here for a weekend. Digging out a half filled ditch with the front end loader is challenging. Mini excavator would be perfect though however.
+Zach Novosad where r u located?
Now Tim you know Deere has mini excavators. looks like you where having fun good job on the dig and video
+gerald chaplin Gerald, I asked. They were not interested.
well the lose is theirs you would have presented the product very well as you did with casey
+gerald chaplin still working with them on tractors. We'll see
Dang that was a deep hole. Any more deeper you would have had to use some shoring for that deep hole. Nice work...
Just saw this video. Good job. Get used to building a level area for the excavator to work from. Talk to the finance department about getting a 36-40 inch grading bucket and a atv dump trailer while it won't replace the JD you can get a lot done with those items. Keep on having FUN
I know it is quite randomly asking but do anybody know a good website to watch new series online ?
@Maddox Zakai flixportal
@Lance Kolton Thanks, signed up and it seems to work :) Appreciate it !
@Maddox Zakai You are welcome :)
I’d really like to see this project when you get it completed
It may be awhile. We'll see if Bill is able to get the foundation in before winter.
Do you guys have a smaller trench bucket for smaller width digging?
Yes, I love my body covers!!!
Belinda, your the first person other than Christy that we have found who has these Body covers!
Case has provided Casey to us for the long(er) term. The customers are not getting the work for free :-)...but hopefully they are getting a good value.
We are having a great time. Not sure what we'll do all winter! Have you seen our merchandise? Check it out at tractortimewithtim.com/shop
As for the deal, I meant they don't have to pay as much as hiring someone that does it for a living. Haven't seen your merchandise but will check it out. Thanks.
+mi2tn yea, and they get to be featured on TTWT!!
How far down do you think this would dig safely? I want to put a French drain in around my house and I have to dig about 7 feet deep. Do you think this would be safe to use or go with a bigger machine?
Casey's At Bat Today. A Grand Slam for Casey!
+RK Harm24 thanks Randy!
And that’s a nice little machine I have a hitachi 50 I would like to get a smaller excavator to fit in the smaller areas
Yea, this thing is really nice. Very handy, and powerful enough to handle lots of digging tasks. Welcome to our channel! Hope you stick around for more of our videos.
Another great vid from ttwctt(cool cat)🤠
Ha!
Set lines up in middle of trench it’s tonnes easier.Your very good at driving Casey when your use to Jonny
+Wills Bull explain what you mean by lines in middle of trench?
Run the high track backwards with the bucket in the hole, it would have excavated the dirt and levelled the machine.
+Graham Pahl wonderful idea. I appreciate that! I'm certain that would have worked in this situation. Thanks
Wears out your tracks quicker, same thing a doing a burn out.
Blade works good to level up the excavator
If anything ever happens to your laser leveler dealt makes a great one as well that is supposed to be shock resistant, so hard to break
Tim Great first real job for casey. I thought you did great operating him. Do you think he's going a little overboard with the depth of his footers? Yes, the depth was more than necessary. Perhaps Bill will comment here on his progress.
Oh my, you have to stop posting videos of new equipment that i love as i cant afford anymore new toys! For real, great video Tim as usual and keep posting my friend we all enjoy them.
Yea, I guess it is kinda cruel. Like dangling a donut in front of me :-)

Do you think this excavator or the 27D would work with digging down 7-8 feet around my basement? I need to install a French drain.
The cx26c or cx35c would be a better bet for 8’. Cx17c will do 7’
I an not beleive that Case does not have a thumb kit, makes a huge difference in working on projects. Needed the proper bucket for this kinds work, a mucking bucket would have been faster. Got the machine so far figured out.
I now have an 18 inch bucket. That was a 16". I wouldn't have needed much more. The ground was pretty hard at some points.
We have Topcon for our autosteer on our tractor
Interesting. This is my first topcon product. I don't think my family's farm has any topcon gps equipment...but I'll ask.
Yep even if you were not going so deep when you had the tracks over your trench Johnny would have had a problem there.
+Alvie Schreckhise yes
thanks
On a under three ton machine the blade should be behind you to anchor the machine.I run a Cat 301.7D
+skidoomach1 Interesting. The book says in front. And it sure helps with stability when down in front.
Some say front some say back, I've done it both ways with mine and find it hops less when at the back, I watched this video from cat and it explains it a little betterua-cam.com/video/oRZbOMoeTx8/v-deo.html
if you have a chance give it a try and see what you think.
Awesome video buddy. Has that case been a good machine?
How many hours did it take?
You need a big hydraulic dump wagon for Johnny so you can load it with the mini x
+Drew Tibert I have a dump trailer.
One small enough to pull with jonny and to fit into a yard
Tim your wife did say she wondered if she could get you to build one of these in your back yard. Maybe you can get her approval for a small trailer for Johnny if you build her a patio with a fireplace... LOL.
+Alvie Schreckhise hmm...thinking...
I'm on board with what you mean Alvie. I went on and searched for something I think would fit well. Scroll down to almost the bottom of the page and look for "2 Ton Dump Trailers". And yes, it comes in JD Green...

+ScoutCrafter lots of fun.
yeah these case cx17c has 3 cylinder kubota diesel motor
+Michael Mac Tavish as long as it has something Kubota, you are happy.
the kubota engine sure is quiet on the cx17c how do you like the case my buddy from kubota/case IH dealer just sold another 20 cx17c with kubota u35-4 mini excavtors wich he sells them same cheapest price of the kubotas
+Michael Mac Tavish ...but your buddy will not reply to my query about a thumb????
good job
Could have done this with Johnny probably but it would have been much harder and taken much longer for sure!
+Jeff Rainwater yea? We would have found a way!
Just shows how much use there is for machines like that.
+Brian Gardiner yes. It was perfect for this job
Just a tip don’t put fill in the center looks like very wet clay like material would be better off using process underneath that patio
we will remove that pile of fill before he pours anything. This was temporary.
saw a Case Construction add before the video, man, I'm going to have to price out one of those new case 580 backhoes and cx series mini excavators. I see one in my future! How do you like your cx 17 excavator tim?
Incredibly functional. Puts the little tractor backhoe to shame. Oh, and it is MUCH quieter than Johnny.
Incredibly functional. Puts the little tractor backhoe to shame. Oh, and it is MUCH quieter than Johnny.
Turn your left side aux function hose so that its not touching the stick or the boom. That should have been caught in predelivery.
There was no 'pre-delivery', as this is a pre-production unit provided directly from the factory. I will take a look and resolve...if I can remember. Have you seen the other Casey videos?
Oh yea, great vids
is there one buckets for it
one buckets?
In think a trailer would be a good purchase for johnny along with a toothless bucket for casey
Edit or instead of a trailer a mini 1 tonne dumper
+Michael kenway-allanach probably would want a wagon, like Levi's so that I could fill it when Johnny not attached.
So did I understand correctly, Casey makes a mess and Johnny cleans up?? LOL
+Bob Cole that is pretty much it, in a nutshell. However, as we were sweeping out the shed last night, Christy said that neither one of them are very good are very good at wiping their feet off before they come inside!
Too true, Bob the Cat (Bobcat) AND Yoti, (Kioti 3510) have been leaving puddles in the garage since snowfall.
Next time on a grade back up the hill with your blade downhill and use the blade to level off
I see a spinoff coming soon.
The selling price is much less.
what do you charge for a job like that. great video
we don't discuss pricing. sorry.
Did you check out the 2018 3025E tractor it is nice 🚜🚜🌱🌽🌾
I've only seen the big ones in action, so I am wondering about the mini ones, have no idea of their strength and voluma
Maybe Eric Jansen...one of our subscribers in The Netherlands could help you?
That poor bucket all scratched up like that, what a shame
Edit, mights well make a jab at you... STAY LEVEL best u can :P
+Five high thanks for watching. I'll have to find some Case grey paint to clean it up !
So you guy's ever find out what kind of tractor you want to get
Why did you go with a Case?
Case contacted me and wanted me to try it. Really liked it.
I think u should purchase a bigger bucket for Casey
+johndeere 6200 johndeere6200 just got an 18" this week. That is the biggest they make
Tractor Time with Tim what size is the one I'm this vid?. Great vid by the way👍👍
+johndeere 6200 johndeere6200 16"
johndeere 6200 johndeere6200 talk to billstmaxx he will make you a bigger one
Tractor Time with Tim you should take a look a billstmaxx 's videos. he made his own custom bucket for his mini excavator
Not sure if anyone had said this but you can use your blade to level yourself as well as stabilizing
Hey Bob the highway worker comment hurt a little.. LOL
+plowtruckdriver ah come on, we all have to take a little jabbing once in awhile! :-)
Tractor Time with Tim all ln good fun
Tractor Time with Tim I have to say that Christy really take some nice videos
Are you folks contractors? It’s not safe to be in a hole that deep with out shoring up the sides.also when digging on small slope turn the machine side ways and use your blade to level the machine, that’s a sweet machine keep the fun coming
Is that a yes or no question ? :-)
I'm not sure how to answer it.
Watch more of our videos, and let us know what you think!
Rockie mountin
Tim wear could any one see and learn how and what Casey can do
PaK
Two Rivers Wisconsin
Mir Tim a tip of advice when you're a digging have blade behind you and push it down so that you have down Force pressure for your bucket
How much is Jonny worth brand new mate great vid cash is great addition too
Thanks for watching, Ben!
Now you just need this.
www.cmpattachments.com/EXCAVATOR_GRAPPLE_p/cmphg61.htm
I work in landscaping mainly building boulder retaining walls and we use that exact grapple with a kubota kx057. I have moved rocks 4 feet around with that setup, lots of fun.
now you just need to convince someone to give you a skid steer and youll be set for just about any job you could imagine
+George Costanza sounds good!
Just so you now I work for high way department one guy in the Machine one in the hole three standing look in to the hole
+Tyson Walsh oh, so 5 guys now! Wow! :-). Used to be just 4: 'one a comin, one a goin, one a smokin, and one a mowin'. Just kidding
yea me too Public works here
Any good operator knows u have to adapt to the situation. If you are a good operator it doesn't matter where blade is. In a perfect world you would dig with it in front of you but it's not a perfect world.
+Tim Bell ok, I guess you have established that I am not a good operator. No problem.
Don't give up your day job LOL
trench war
+J Sullivan we actually discussed this, mint it didn't make the final cut. Blame Christy :-)
I Hope ur working for cash and dont have a company for this work your doing cause osha would have a field day over this them guys don't play around.lol be safe u guys
omg
Why so deep
Because the customer wanted it that way! I dunno.
Call PP he will do it
Hm, tim seems like you should buy a bobcast s70 or a t seriers track
+Alexplayz Playz you guys are always trying to get me to buy something!
Tractor Time with Tim yep!
Painful to watch
Sorry about that.
...but welcome to our channel anyway. Maybe try another of our videos and see if it is ‘less painful’. If not, please let us know how we can improve.
Blade goes behind where your digging
+oliver mansfield incorrect. Sorry. Blade must be in front to be effective
Front for sure
Oliver is right or at least he is not wrong in what he said ..Cat vid explains why
ua-cam.com/video/oRZbOMoeTx8/v-deo.html
bkrgi that guy in the video is lifting the machine on purpose just to try and make his point!
Should of bought a cat
Case Construction provided this one. We love it.
Terry is so annoying
