Love your room 💕 I moved into a single room too my second semester because of problems from other people on my floor (my floor was known as the party floor and one time I heard music blasting at 3am in the hallway on a school night) and not everyone was very nice. It got better but people would take down my name tag and leave trash at my door when I moved to my new room :/ people are cruel but I think keeping positive is the best thing we can do for ourselves :) keep up the good work!
Aidan Boriack I do not. I do not ever go to parties because i’m claustrophobic and it’s just not what i find fun. people done party on campus because the campus police will shut it down so people go to beaches of campus 20-45 minutes away to party there.

May I know if there are any alternatives for students who don't buy school's meal plan? Is there any grocery store easily accessible for on campus students?
Hi! Unfortunately there is not a grocery store on campus. There is a small snack kiosk (similar to an airport style snack kiosk) in the University Center next to the Islander Campus Store (sells tamucc clothing/merch). They also have a food party called Izzy Food Pantry. The closest grocery store to campus is probably an HEB Grocery Store. I found the university school meal plan helpful for my first year when I lived on campus but decided to move off campus for my last three years.
Can You Please Share The Price ??? I want to join the University for my masters in public ( Epidemiology) .... Is it good for the new students ... Are the atmosphere are welcoming ??? ..... What about the professor and students ... ??
