There's something about this album that makes me feel a certain way. No other band or album makes me feel the way this does. I'm mostly into metal like Slayer, Sepultura, Electric Wizard, etc, but this album is definitely in my top ten. 10/10.
I never really went much beyond their first two albums, but those two albums are still in my rotation years on. They released two timeless albums that really stand up against the test of time. Silent Alarm really woke me up to different music at the time and brought me out of my rap only phase.

I can't speak to the UK but i Imagine its much the same. Plus they really need the support. Theres a wall between the artists and the fans who want to consume that art. Seemingly on purpose. I dont play much anymore but when i did my top ten was quickly rearranged to add bands i just played with, kinda surreal.

I got introduced to this song and band from Burnout Revenge while their other songs Mercury, Banquet (Phones Disco Edit), and Like Eating Glass was in other video games too. I was close to being 12yrs old when Burnout Revenge came out and I played that game like crazy with epic music like this playing in the background. I will never forget this. 😢

I remember hearing Helicopter for the first time as a music video for Sonic '06 of all games. That song was so good to my 12 year old ears that it made that game look good.
