Hello I have a serious question I’ve been wondering about. Whenever I play a match and move my feet very well i always end up losing because I keep missing shots. When I’m lazy and standing on my feet I feel more relaxed and I tend to win a lot this way even against opponents that are better than me who is moving a lot more than me why is this????
my guess is you go for higher percentage shots when you don't move your feet, and go for risky low percentage shots more when you move your feet. footwork doesn't make up for poor shot selection!
Am I mistaken but isn't that a female in the thumbnail picture too though or nah lol. Cuz I honestly was dying with wanting to see her legs but I guess not lol
Tennis is dead. It becomes an industry. 10s of thousands of juniors train very hard every day in the USA alone, but few eventually can go to pro. All players in his video are solid D1 players, but none of them can make to the pro. Many of them will have life long injuries due to excessive training in childhood, and many of them cannot find a good job after college, because they don't have a good major and their GPA is low. They spend too much time on tennis in college.
I wish I had money to train with incredible coaches like you

Wall, partner, videos. You got it.
what you can do is find someone you know to mimic these drills for you. you dont need a trainer, anyone who can feed a ball can do it.

You are probably naturally lazy!!!!

Interesting question but like you said in your question, you are more relaxed when you are lazy. That may be why you win more
no shoulder movement at all for guy at 2:30 . definitely a much better player than me, just an observation - am I correct?
