Love my Accu gauge with magnet hands free addition. Pricey but worth every penny.
While reading this, I’m thinking why didn’t I think of that? That’s an awesome addition! Great gauges!
Super informative! I guess I’m going to be watching the rest of your videos now haha
Thanks for the feedback! I’m glad you’re enjoying the content.
I just bought a used toro flex 21. Your videos are awesome and have already helped me out a ton. Thanks for taking the time.
Flex 21 nice! I’m glad you’ve enjoyed the videos. Anything in particular you want to know about?
@@ReelTurf yes sir, have you installed or know anyone that has installed the high height of cut brackets on the flex 21? I have mine ordered. I plan on cutting as high as that will let me (I think it’s .75).
Yep. It’s simple to do. You loosen off the two set bolts that are holding the front roller in place. Then you remove the bolts that you loosen to change your height of cut. The old arms slide out and the new ones slide in. Before you do that take note of how the height of cut arm fits on the reel assembly. There is a knuckle on the height adjustment bolt that fits just right. Make sense?
@@ReelTurf makes sense! Thanks for the advice.
Sure! Let me know if you need help.
Great video thank you
Glad you enjoyed it!
That mower is about 10k I am impressed bro
Luckily I bought it before they were “cool.” It’s an awesome machine!
Great video! Quick question does the hour meter always stay on?! I just bought a flex and was curious thx you
Yes it does. Enjoy the mower!
@@ReelTurf question , when I mow and disengage the reel in a turn and try to engage again the mower sometimes turns off?! U think it’s a belt or bearing issue ?!! Any advice would be greatly appreciated
This will sound stupid- is the gas tank full? I chased the same issue once. Looked at everything complicated before realizing the tank was low. It would die when engaging the reel because the engine pulls on the governor arm and there isn’t enough fuel there. Let me know!
@@ReelTurf wow u maybe right! I’ll check this afternoon thank you so much!
Great video. I notice you have the axles removed, not cut. Do you have a video on removing them? If not, would you mind writing the procedure down. TY.
Hey there! Reach out to me at info@reelturf.com and I’ll provide a link to a video covering this. I’ve helped a few guys with removing the axles.
I just picked up a Toro flex 1820 and I want to remove the axles like yours. Are there any instructions out there how to remove them? Thanks
Nice! Send me an email to info@reelturf.com and I’ll send you a video link I’ve sent others to help with this.
Success, thank you for your prompted response and great info. My axles are off and mower looks sick😎
Awesome! Glad it worked out.
@@ReelTurf Did you figure out an alternate way to remove flat head bolts from bed knife or do you own the special socket tool?
Buy the correct flat head socket and a new set of bedknife screws from rrproducts. You will not be able to get them out with a standard screw driver. The slot on the heads also tend to give some when backing them out. It’s worth a couple of dollars for new screws to avoid having a screw strip out. Because that is all hardened steel, you would have a very tough time trying to drill a screw out if it stripped on you.
