Note: This runner achieved a slightly faster time, but it is likely unverifiable, so I decided to stick with breaking down this run.

As the maker of this world download, I'm glad you made a video on this subject!
Since this is a new category (it was added under a week ago!), there is still much more room for improvement. It was found out that there are new strategies found for this category that can allow the time to go even faster, potentially sub1 may happen. For example, the spawn point could be pushed even further away from 0,0, along with the portal room being closer. In a few days, I plan to release a whole new version of this map, version 3.0.0.
on a "perfect" seed i believe it's technically possible to spawn directly above an ocean exposed portal room, with a heavy emphasis on the word "technically". IIRC, a world being generated will always try to spawn you on a grass block. If you hypothetically get a seed with literally no land (only ocean) between the origin and the first stronghold ring, I think there's a chance it can spawn you on an island as far out as the stronghold.
Not sure if there's something in the code to prevent you from spawning quite that far out, but if there isn't, you could have someone spawn directly above a 12 eye portal room and skip the nether altogether by having a dungeon (string in the chest) connected to the portal room

A 36 second end fight is not only extremely unlikely but impossible without mods. I think there will need to be atleast 30 secs waiting before dragon starts to perch which would be lowest for a legitimate perch I believe. However, for a 0 cycle it may just be possible tho I think quickest one rn is about 45 secs

I've been thinking about possibilities of someone getting the actual SSG seed in a speedrun randomly, just imagine everyone in the world starts speedruning RSG until someone gets that seed, good dragon perch and also other things like getting flient on first try, that would be awesome and complicated to replicate
I think they wouldn't verify a well known ssg seen in rsg simply because that's not the spirit of rng
most of them (if not all) arent rollable i believe
the rules state that you can’t have prior knowledge of the seed you roll
it is extremely unlikely that any minecraft player will ever randomly get a 12 eye seed in any run ever

You should actually beat the 1.16+ category category using 1.18 as you wouldn't need nether (create a seed where spawn displacement puts you right above the portal room inside a hotel house and outside there's a ruined portal with gaxe and obby, stronghold at upper height limit (whatever that is)
Just spawn a chest with 12 ender portal frames, 12 ender eyes, and some beds and obby
they have to be things that can theoretically spawn in the chests of the structure

Oh yeah, the speed run gets a hell of a whole lot faster when you have a 12 eye. They gotta do perfect runs with 0 eye strongholds though for it to be a real run because though it’s cool to see what it looks like this is just ridiculous.

Whats the difference between SSG and this perfect seed category?
A perfect seed it's just a theoretical seed, it actually doesn't exist
Ssg uses real seeds, perfect seed is a seed created by the runner. An ssg seed cannot load a superflat, for example
SSG is a natural seed whereas perfect seed is designed by the runners. In bedrock you can design these kinds of seeds yourself but you wouldn't ever find this naturally generated

Love your videos, but one thing really bugs me. You often use very clunky passive voice phrases like "after the obsidian was placed". The meaning is obvious and this is purely an aesthetic preference, but it sounds so much worse to me than the active: "after placing the obsidian" or "after he placed the obsidian".
