My living room is grey and taupe. We have a put white tree with gold decorations. And Home Goods has black skinned nutcrackers wearing gold uniforms that go perfectly.

Pillow cases are lowkey better friend. You can buy the plain white pillow insert and just swap out your pillow cases. So many options too..u can go Down/down alternative pillows for fluffier pillows and storing pillow cases saves way more space than storing pillows. 🔔🔔

I think even Ur color Tree (Gold/Silver) and Royal Blue/Gold accents would add a pop as well (like u had for purple/silver)😊 Continue to engage Yoshi with decorating the Tree although she doesn’t show interest 😅She’ll “Thank You” in her later years (esp. if she may have kids of her own). This was one of my Mom’s favorite times of the year. Christmas and decorating the Tree…none of my siblings were interested in doing it so I took over and did it and have loved doing it ever since I was a child. Now that my Mom is no longer here, I can carrying on the legacy of making Christmas a memorable one for me, my kids and grandkids (engaging them as well even if they don’t want to) and they seem to love it once they see the finished tree 🎄🥰 My siblings wished they could’ve partook in that effort back then so now they have to create new memories for their own families
