Mindfulness is the trick my friend. After lots of practice, he is now aware that getting angry, and trash talking only makes you agressive and it won't help you win at all. Let alone enjoy the game. Anger does more harm than good. Also, a lot of viewers wouldn't watch his videos if he were trash talking, and angry all the time.
