I have also made a trip from Mumbai worli to alibaug of around 118km single seat ride when I reached resort my battery was still left with 21% . I got the range of 140km. I drove around 50km on cruise control for most of the time 90% on the highway and sometimes speed up around 65-70 as well. Check tyre pressure on regular basis. My observation U can take out better range on the highways but in the city u can get around 110km on single seat and 95-100km on double seat. City drive range is lower than on highways around 20% less u could say for ola S1 pro

Not everything is Hunky Dory with Ola S1 Pro. I bought the Ola S1 Pro on the 18th of October this Year. So it's been about one and a half months so far. Lemme tell you some of the cons - 1. When in ECO mode - if you are starting from 0 speed it struggles to move. There's absolutely no torque. And if you riding with a pillion then if you are starting from 0 speed it will fail to move. But interestingly enough after reaching the speed of around 15 - 20 kph there's no problem. It will run well without any power struggle. One more time - I'm talking about ECO MODE. I heard Ola will be fixing this with software updates in the future. Let's hope they do. 2. Navigation is a total mess. Most of the time it does not work. And I don't know who gave Ola the idea to integrate MapMyIndia instead of Google maps. It's so bad I have no words to describe it. Heard they will fix this too in the future. 3. There's no main stand on this scooter. But the real problem is the Side Stand is not that sturdy. If you sit on the scooter when it's on the side stand or put too much pressure on it there's a high chance of its breaking down. 4. The charging port on the scooter has a cover but it's not lockable. It can easily be opened with just one gentle push on the cover. It's India and there's no shortage of harmful and hateful people around. 5. The software is glitchy. Way too glitchy. But hopefully, Ola will fix them with regular software updates. But they will have a lot of work to do in the software part. These are the cons I have noticed so far. But I will say this - even with all these cons, Ola S1 Pro is by far a much better electric scooter than other electric scooter options available on the market. With the power, speed, range, braking, suspension, handling, etc on all these things Ola excels beyond expectations. If Ola fixes these problems, most of which if not all can be fixed with software updates, then there will be no room for any complaints. Let's hope they do.
Get the software update bro - apart from navigation we don’t have any other software issue. All side stand and open charging port isn’t an issue - most scooters have it that way itself

We bought the IQube just because of the dealership issues...Had doubts about Ola selling the scooter without any dealerships....we have TVS showroom and service centre nearby so it would a hassle-free experience and it has been till now....
Can you please do a comparison video of Ola S1 pro delivered in Feb 2022 & Feb 2023? Noticeable differences Screen size is bigger, Charging cables of the charger are longer & I’m sure a lot more. This will be an eye opener for a lot of early customers of the scooter.
I have driven S1Pro 4.3k KM since Feb 2022 and can tell you nothing comes close to Ola in ICE or EV at this price point (costed me jus Rs. 1.09Lakhs). Yes there are some issues but those are not that big.
I am going to say something which most will feel very odd about. I loved the video because it was shot in Navi Mumbai (Palm Beach Road). I used to live there almost 10 years back and it brings out a lot of nostalgia. Coming to OLA, I think they are doing well now and are fixing the issues which they had 7-8 months back.

Sir, have u calculate actual cost of running per km. As electricity cost varies par state and s1 pro consumes more than 4 kWh or 4 units. Electricity bill also includes other services charge eg. Transportation cost/charge. So overall electricity cost per unit will be higher. And u will find out that actually a bit more cost per km it takes. A sp. request to make specific video related to its full charging cost economics in detail.

Not able to get 100 km with my Ola S1 pro. Scooter drops a percentage for every km most of the time. My office is 28 km and it takes around 24-26% single rider with average speed of 35-40 and top Speed of 80. Many other ola users near me have similar experience. Not sure how you guys are getting 135-140 range.

Are you sure you need to replace a battery??? Because Lithium ion battery cells life reduces by only 10% after 8 years of usage... Only if there is a manufacturing defect battery will be changed... But in that case Ola will still take the blame...

I did a test drive of S1PRO, for about 8Km (out of these 1km was a flyover, 3km was bad road and small lanes, 4km was straight stretch with nice smooth road). My observations: -> It could not pull me and my daughter from a porthole in the economy mode, I had to switch to sport mode. -> whenever i slowdown or while taking U turn, it does not pull as there is no power coming to the wheels! it comes to a halt ! -> Sport mode is good -> Scooter is not stable just after 80.. not sure how it would withstand more than 100km as said in this video
You are net picking things. It can climb flyover on single seat as well yes but if u put it in pothole it cannot pass that pothole. U have to use modes as a gears as simple as that. I don't know why u r stating it cannot pull in normal mode it's acceleration can beat any petrol scooter on the flyover. Eco mode u can drive it on the straight road not on hill road u have to use modes as a gears in normal mode it can pull out of anything. Keep it in normal mode then u can go anywhere. Whenever u brake acceleration does not work that's for safety and u will learn it over time. This scooter is the best stable scooter in India I don't know why u r stating it's not stable. I felt more safe and stable then my unicorn bike that too above 100km speed.
have been using ola s1 pro for over 6 months and clocked approx 4000km . . the overall scooter is really nice . the negative part is after sales support . the call support has a minimum wait time over 40+ mins the pickup and drop facility for slightest repairs cost 1500 rs and takes days for delivery . need a lot of work ..
If your OLA scooter battery goes 0 % than you need to buy the new battery... i am facing the problem battery goes 0% and now the company is saying you need to buy new battery of 88000.00
If we do some math Comparing to IC engine 5000 km means if petrol bike gives 50km mileage then it has consumed 100 liters of petrol if we multiply by 100 rupee fuel cost it becomes 10000 plus 2 oil change services cost 1500, means IC engine already extorted 13000 from your pocket............ I've seen many other reviews and they said ki build quality kharab hai.. Panel bajte rehta hai, the plastic is not of good quality, foot pegs lose hojaate hai, acceleration comes after 1 sec when you give full throttle, front suspension isn't reliable b/c its a single shockup which looks good but isnt practical and many other. Ola will be a much better option compared to bgauss for long term. 11 months ho gaye mujhe abhi tak to koi panels nahi baj rahe. No problems faced with shock absorbers at all. Pickup depends on mode you select. Ola can have pickup of 75cc bike to 150 cc bike depending on mode
Jaise ki Ola ne apne waade ke mutabik dheere dheere hi sahi apna promises ko nibha rahe hai, kuch kuch abhi bhi baki hai... What will happen if software updates not provided if after few updates or few years, just like in Mobile software updates which are limited for 2-3 years to 2-3 updates. Then what about the features and benefits continuation
After all the features are available updates will only be for fixing bug and safety
Not able to get 100 km with my Ola S1 pro. Scooter drops a percentage for every km most of the time. My office is 28 km and it takes around 24-26% single rider with average speed of 35-40 and top Speed of 80. Many other ola users near me have similar experience. Not sure how you guys are getting 135-140 range.

I am riding my ola s1pro 10000 thousand kilometre s from last 7 months I am saving almost 25000 thousand when compared to petrol vehicle we used before I paid only 700 rs for change the brake pads I am very satisfied because of save nature avoid sound and air pollution future generations

Are you sure you need to replace a battery??? Because Lithium ion battery cells life reduces by only 10% after 8 years of usage... Only if there is a manufacturing defect battery will be changed... But in that case Ola will still take the blame...
@@IncogniSights even mobile has the same kind and we need to replace it based on your uses it will tell you how early. In the same way why not in vehicles. Well I am not sure what OLA commit on the battery part of it. But we all know the major cost in electric vehicles these days to analyze the cost of battery if it comes for replacement.

I did a test drive of S1PRO, for about 8Km (out of these 1km was a flyover, 3km was bad road and small lanes, 4km was straight stretch with nice smooth road).
My observations:
-> It could not pull me and my daughter from a porthole in the economy mode, I had to switch to sport mode.
-> whenever i slowdown or while taking U turn, it does not pull as there is no power coming to the wheels! it comes to a halt !
-> Sport mode is good
-> Scooter is not stable just after 80.. not sure how it would withstand more than 100km as said in this video
We did ride multiple Olas - no problem with stability above the 100
You are net picking things.
It can climb flyover on single seat as well yes but if u put it in pothole it cannot pass that pothole.
U have to use modes as a gears as simple as that.
I don't know why u r stating it cannot pull in normal mode it's acceleration can beat any petrol scooter on the flyover.
Eco mode u can drive it on the straight road not on hill road u have to use modes as a gears in normal mode it can pull out of anything.
Keep it in normal mode then u can go anywhere.
Whenever u brake acceleration does not work that's for safety and u will learn it over time.
This scooter is the best stable scooter in India I don't know why u r stating it's not stable.
I felt more safe and stable then my unicorn bike that too above 100km speed.

the overall scooter is really nice .
the negative part is after sales support .
the call support has a minimum wait time over 40+ mins
the pickup and drop facility for slightest repairs cost 1500 rs
and takes days for delivery .
need a lot of work ..

Comparing to IC engine
5000 km means if petrol bike gives 50km mileage then it has consumed 100 liters of petrol if we multiply by 100 rupee fuel cost it becomes 10000 plus 2 oil change services cost 1500, means IC engine already extorted 13000 from your pocket............ I think electric vehicles are best now...
What about the ola's scooter fire incidents? There were some scooters that caught fire ri8? Still u suggest us to buy these? And if still this is the case then just imagine taken these scooters for a ride in summers

I've seen many other reviews and they said ki build quality kharab hai.. Panel bajte rehta hai, the plastic is not of good quality, foot pegs lose hojaate hai, acceleration comes after 1 sec when you give full throttle, front suspension isn't reliable b/c its a single shockup which looks good but isnt practical and many other. Can anyone clear my doubts? I am looking to buy an electric scooter in next 15-20 days. I have Bguass D15pro in my top list. Is there any scooter better than that?
Ola will be a much better option compared to bgauss for long term. 11 months ho gaye mujhe abhi tak to koi panels nahi baj rahe. No problems faced with shock absorbers at all. Pickup depends on mode you select. Ola can have pickup of 75cc bike to 150 cc bike depending on mode
