How can you play kayo and visserai in this set?
Players must play as a young hero from the product being used for the format Tournament Rules and Policy 8.2
I think it's just referring the playstyle of not relying heavily on element cards, not really playing viserai/kano

Yeah the wording was fairly needlessly confusing. As an enfranchised player I understood what he meant but I would have been very confused when I was starting out
