PCR: Collect and Label 0.2 ml PCR Tubes

o This clip shows six sterile 0.2 ml PCR tubes being collected and labeled 1-6. Make sure to label the top and sides of the tubes and note which Arthropod sample is designated to each tube. When doing the Wolbachia PCR protocol, be sure to use different numbers/names to avoid mixing the samples up.
