It really wasn't. I could barely understand what they were saying. Dubbing it was the best option for English speaking viewers who aren't used to Korean accents.

Because they needed their mouths to match the dialogue. I love the boys, but I'll be honest, if there weren't subs when the members were speaking English, I wouldn't have known what they were saying. It was better that they dubbed it.
