Yoo shadybunny the reason why dragon does brrrrrr at the end is = at 1st all roars cast as "future buffs", dragon triggers his ability for each roar and only afterwards he takes extra hp and dmg for each roar count. So at fact - it works properly
Not true. You can do just simple logical math to figure out it's bugged. Goldgen Loc Prince gains an extra +4/+4 when ever he gains stats, hunter gives 1 HP to everyone when ever he gains attack. A roar give him +2/+2 triggering his effect which triggers the loc prince so every trigger that gives Hunter +2/+2 should give a loc prince +4/+4 which meas loc prince should grow at double the speed of hunter now look at the minion stats. Why is Hunter bigger than both loc princes when he only gets +2/+2 whenever a loc peince gains +4/+4? There easy way to find out, yes it is indeed bugged.
I had this comp with golden bran and no dracari, but the quest "your end of turn effects trigger an extra time", with a divine shield poison murloc at the front instead of drakari
I love how buggy this strat is. I had 2 Loc Prince, both started base, and after 1 end of turn, the one on the right had 10 more attack and hp than the other. The next turn, it went up to 20. I swapped their positions and the one that was now on the right got more buffs than the other. it was strange
I discovered that if you use a chameleon to copy the hunter, it will proc in every stat it has, your whole board will gain 300 health, but loc prince will trigger only 50 times or so, it's super situational, but it was so fun when you do it, because it does not make sense skkssksk
7:35 Shouldn't you have the Hunter behind the Murkeye so the Reverber Drake triggers first, then all of the new Echoing Roars trigger on Hunter instead of just what was originally on there?
The amount of triggers for Echoing roar on the dragon just doesn't make sense at all. at 10:55 he has 5 echoing roars, which should amount to 20 triggers in total with Brann and Drakkari, so the rest of the minions should only gain 20 health, but they gain 75 health (excluding Loc prince of course). Am I missing something?
hunter has 8 roars (the minions gain 64 health at the end of turn. drakkari for example goes from 185 to 249) . It's 8 roars times 2 for the tech trigger times 2 for brann and another times 2 for drakkari
@@nixtek8375 Brann goes from 41 health to 116 and Drakkari from 42 to 117 which is 75 health. I'm talking about the exact timestamp i put not the next trigger
75Hp gained total. 5 roars at the time of activation of the effect. If the end of turn effect procced on it's own without any modifiers, it would give 5hp to everyone else. In order for every other minion to get 75hp, the end of turn effects need to proc 15 times. Engineer can trigger it once, double that for brann, and double that for drakkari, you end up with only 4 triggers. I have no idea what kind of spaghetti math is going being the scenes, but it's a good observation that it makes absolutely no sense.
I think the “last hit” of hunter it’s just the attack or roar adding up to the hunter bc when the end of turn trigger hunter do not get attack but the hp buff go’s so I just think it’s the order
No. Loc Prince gets +4/+4 on every trigger while the roar only gives +2/+2 to Hunter and still if you look at the stats Hunter has higher stats than both Loc Princes even so he show only grow at half their speed.
No. Loc Prince gets +4/+4 on every trigger while the roar only gives +2/+2 to Hunter and still if you look at the stats Hunter has higher stats than both Loc Princes even so he should only grow at half their speed.
Let me see... So for the final fight, Hunter starts with 1777 damage and ends up with 2323 damage. This is 273 procs of echoing roar. On the other hand, the golden Loc Prince on the far right starts with 1432 damage and ends up with 1684 damage, which means that its self-buff was triggered only 63 times. For the second to last fight, that Loc Prince was triggered 65 times. The fight before that, 63 times again. The fight before that one, 63 times again. (In hindsight, it would have been easier to count the procs on Brann or Drakkari, but I checked and they get the same amount of Hunter proc buffs.) It seems to me like Hunter somewhat caps at 63 procs at the end of turn. But sometimes 65? Maybe it's time-based? Makes me wonder if a cap of some sort was coded in to prevent infinite stats from being generated somehow.
Just asking, does is matter on the order pre-engineer? Do you get extra procks from new echoing roars if you put the hunter behind murk eye? I thought you’d miss roar procks having the dragon first
@@aidenharper6013 mb my comment was pretty unclear lol I'd just woke up, what I mean is the dragon that gives echoing roars which he was procking with murk eye, I'd have thought you'd want the hunter of gatherers after all of that so that the murk eye goes off before the echoing roars, so you can get new echoing roars on it first before the hunter buffs everything, but maybe that's not how it works idk that's what I was asking
End of turn effects trigger left-to-right, so it would be more stats to have hunter to the right of the reverber drake + murk-eye combo. But that also means that one of your largest minions is behind some smaller ones, which is weaker for the combat.
It seems bugged in a way that helps him. At 13:42 the dragon has 242 echoes already, it has 7 roars which get triggered 8 times due to the murk eye brann drakkari combo which is 56 but it ends up with 340 so it gained 98? Somehow? So the murlocs are actually bigger than they should be by that calculation. Am I missing something obvious?
They are smaller actually. Just think about it a roar gives Hunter +2/+2 which triggers his effect so he gives everyone HP which triggers the golden Loc Prince who gains an extra +4/+4 when ever he gains stats. Ergo a Loc prince should grow double the stats of Hunter when a roar trigger, now look at the minion stats. Hunter has higher stats than bith Loc Prince on his board.
Correct on 7 roars. Rest is kind of crazy. Drakkari makes the murk-eye trigger the engineer twice, and the engineer is golden. This is a 2x2 or a 4x multiplier. Additional 2x for Brann, so you have a 8x multiplier. Since engineer is triggering an end-of-turn effect, it also stacks with Drakkari a second time for another 2x multiplier for a 16x multiplier. Then you also add on the normal end-of-turn proc, which is just 7x2. So you end up with 7 x (16+2) or 7 x 18 procs, which is 126 procs.
I decided to check how many gatherer procs were missed because I did think all of them were getting through (spoiler: I was wrong). I looked at the final board state before and after the end of turn: Brann had 444 health and gatherer had 928 roars. Brann started combat with 507 health, so gatherer gave him 63, and gatherer started combat with 1159 roars, meaning they roared 231 times. There were 168 health points unaccounted for. I also checked the gatherer's health, and they were missing 84 health points by my calculations, which is odd to me.
Yeah the way it works is so weird, the guy saying that nadina was better than murkeye might have been correct to be honest, seems like you don't get that much out of murkeye and engineer, except extra stats on the gatherer
It's even wierder when you take into account that Golden Loc Prince gains +4/+4 when ever a roar triggers which gives Hunter+2/+2 so Golden Loc Prince should grow at double the speed of hunter but at the end of the game Hunter is bigger than both Loc Prince
I hate that this build is bugged AF, it just stops applying its procs to the loc prince after like some arbitrary number; less % as you scale higher and higher... like 1030 procs of dragon roar with golden drak, should be what like 3090 procs, each proc being +4/+5 on loc prince?, 12k/15k PER TURN on a golden loc prince? but it ends with 2k stats after multiple of these turns? completely bugged
This comp is so broken is doesn’t really matters, it’s even making it more playable if we were getttimg all the stat this would have been ban for a while
The 1030 is the amount of times dragon roar has triggered, not the amount of dragon roars cast on the minion. It's still bugged AF. Sometimes it gives extra hunterer procs, but with Murk-eye it sometimes gives less.
@ ya 1030 casts…. Which means 1030x 3(drakkari) x4/5(golden loc prince stats per proc + 1 health for the dragon stat itself)….
