I have subscribed your channel and liked your video! Loved this video a lot - from the philosophical beginning to the end, your arrival in Dharan! Hope you don't mind a few comments of mine- 1. your warm relationship and interaction with your mother is so inspiring. 2. You rightly mentioned that egg is healthy food. We Nepali people eat too much carbohydrates ( rice, bread, noodles, Potatoes), and not enough protein, vegetables- carb-loaded foods/snacks make us put on lots of weight- as a result most of us become overweight and develop ( sooner or later) serious diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol problem etc. 3. 1 or 2 whole orange a day is very good but orange juice is not so good, which causes quick increase of blood glucose level. ( we should be careful with fruit juices, and drink only in moderation) 4. You mentioned Harka Sampang - he is the ray of hope for not only Dharanes but all Nepali people (however, he is not 100% perfect) 5. Your grandpa abandoned his land in Rajabas- If he had kept it his children would be multi-millionaires! Best wishes!
