That's why she came back for season 2. However, Angelina told the producer that she needed time away from the cast due to the conflicts of season 2.

Deena isn't part of the main cast, she isn't invited to major interviews and promos that the main cast attend and are apart of. Deena was REJECTED for both season one and two and the producer only granted her a chance for this season at last minute.
