NDC cannot dictate to EC. They should submit their concerns to the EC to be addressed. EC is the only constitutionally mandated body to administer elections in the country. There is no provision for a second body. Whatever differences they cannot resolve should be resolved by court. This is how it's resolved and not through protests and violence.

The NPP in 2015-2016 also requested for an audit. Charlotte osei granted their wish and eminent panels of committee was established to audit the register. There is nothing wrong if the NDC has found serious illegal transfers of votes to other constituencies with out the knowledge of these affected individuals. The EC has admitted that there has been operational or administrative errors. Where is the principle? Jean Mensah in the past chastised the EC and today she is the chairperson of the commission. Because there are known NPP party individuals as members of the commission which is unethical cannot be trusted . If audit is done the country will be shocked by the rot that has taken place with respect to huge amount of names have been either added or removed. All are means of rigging election and also exposed the 2020 election figures that were not consistent and finally declared Nana Addo as president. That election, the NPP never won. A stolen verdict.
