I’ve had my one wind tarp for about 10 months. It’s bomb proof. I have spent upwards of 30 nights under it and 10-15 of those were rain or severe thunderstorms with high winds. It’s a great tarp.

Just placed a order for one wind 11 foot hammock, under quilt, looking for a tarp. I think you talked me into hittting the buy button.
I also appreciate the fact you jumped right into it. No pointless talking at the start. My time is valuable so definitely A plus for that. Good video, nice and clear volume,

It has a stuff sack for storage. Don't fold it! My stuff sack stays on the ridge line, loosen one end of the tarp and stuff that end into the stuff sack, don't fold it! When I next need it, it takes less than two minutes to get the tarp up and ready. The rest of the video was 👍👍👍

@neilbancroft1132 I did try it that way but it didn't pack to my liking but I might not do it as good tho, appreciate the tips and comment!

I’m curious.. did you just stuff it into the sack that came with it or have you gone to snakeskins or some other open ended stuff bag? I find the bag it came in isn’t large enough to stuff it.

@@NANA-mr2vp hi, I use the one wind stuff sack it comes with. it fits tightly, may take a bit of getting used to though.

@@neilbancroft1132 I’d tried stuffing into that sack and just couldn’t cram it all in. Do you just leave it on and slide it over the tarp like a snakeskin?

    • @neilbancroft1132

@@NANA-mr2vp the stuff sack stays on the ridge line, all I do is close one end off, and literally stuff it into the sack. It's a tight fit and can be a bit of a pain until you get the hang of it. With mine it goes in quickly, no issues at all.

Thank you for your video.Purchased one last week, already set it up . I am really really pleased. It also comes in camouflage ( the one I went with). Purchased from one wind web page for 94.00, plain color was 89.00. Great deal…….👏👏👏

It's a real good tarp, I swapped out the toggles and swapped out the guylines to some reflective dyneema lines, pegs are decent, don't use them red metal guyline things,I added more line locks to mine and bought the optional spreader bars that sit over the ridge line

    Good vid.
It's been mentioned already but "stuff" it into a stuff sack rather than folding (never tightly either. Can damage coatings & fabric). Snake skins are great for quick & easy deployment as well as taking it down. Just roll it up & slide it on. Very fast.
Good use of shock cord, though I use this on all my tarps anyway since as you say, it reduces the pressure while retaining tensions.
My WB Superfly is very similar although without the ridgeline tie-out. Nice.

sweet man, thanks for the info i didn't know it could cause some damage. snake skins are awesome but for this video i didn't want to bring other products in the equation, ill mention it as another option to pack it thought. Appreciate you commenting !

folding a tarp of any sort like that is awful for durability longterm.. get a snakeskin.. leave it on the ridgeline in a skin,, far easier too ,, n keeps it off ground ect . can do same w ya hammock and straps and insulation all set still ready to go ..

I travel on forest for a living. I've owned 12 dollar tarps , 30 dollar rain flies , 500 dollar oil cloth . This 90 dollar rain fly is spot on price of quality to be blunt. They give aquaquest a run for there money and aqua quest comparative size is about 120-130. I've been using onewind across the world and I don't plan to stop till they start sucking haha. I'm not brand loyal , I'm product loyal. And this product keeps me working great 👍
