I worked with a personal trainer who used to play in the NFL, and he introduced me to the 30-second challenge. Now, after a full year of practicing it, I’m celebrating the progress! I started by running for just 30 seconds while carrying my bike on my shoulders. Fast forward to today, and I can run 1.4 miles around the ATT stadium on Cowboys game days, still carrying my bike. What once was my wheelchair has now become a symbol of strength and perseverance.

Something that took me a long time to learn from trading stocks that can be applied to life:
You have to decide how much your willing to lose before you do anything.
It’s not being negative, it’s being realistic about life. Your gonna get your brains bashed in, it’s inevitable. You have to learn what your tolerance level is and accept it as part of the process. Don’t let a loss dictate your behavior. Get back up and keep pushing forward. It’s so cliche but so true, the only way you fail is if you quit.
