If you struggle with your driver like Vladan did at the start of this lesson and would like more help from us. Why don'y you find out more about our NEW "Simple Guide To Straighter Drives" Coaching system, by clicking here🏌🏻♂👉 meandmygolf.com/straighter-drives/?UA-cam&SD_P&Straighter_Drives
I love this lesson because of how the instructions are not being given to the viewer without any context: I'm a teacher and have my hands full debunking a great deal of UA-cam/TikTok gotten golf instruction with my students, and the biggest issue is not that the content they're citing is bad, but rather it doesn't apply to their personal situation at all in almost every case. This shows that fixing one's swing is almost never a matter of just "adding" one element from a tips video, but the combo of many factors that are nearly impossible for the individual to see themselves doing...holey moley, I digress!!! Thanks guys, at length!
Thanks Jaxon. Appreciate the comment. It's so important for us to deliver these lessons but they are for the audience as much as for the student. Hopefully people get some real value from these!
After having watched this video several times I now realIse my faults fall totally in line with your solutions. This is one of your best videos. Going up our golf field to put these tips and hopefully see my push slice at long last Rectified. Thanks.
Love how you guys work on their main issues, and not try to completely change their swing. For people who have been golfing for years, we've developed a comfortable swing style. Changing that can be detrimental. So I really like this. A had a 1 hr lesson at a local spot on a simulator and he essentially just tried changing my entire swing to hit a draw, while I comfortably hit a natural cut. He'd show me something, look away, then stare at his watch. Was a waste of my time and money. I dont care what Tiger says, UA-cam videos like this have drastically helped my game! 😁
Thanks for the comment. The key thing is understanding what you want. A good coach will ask you what ball flight you want and help you produce that consistently and do it in a way that is hopefully manageable for to to think about and play with depending on your schedule.
Love the subtle change made here. What a difference it’s made. I struggle with hitting consistently straight as well. I’m going to try this tomorrow at the range. Thank you me and my golf!!⛳️
Where have you guys been all my life, only if UA-cam was around when i was playing sunday comp as a kid, who knows, could've been standing next to Rory, Fleetwood or even Tiger. The way these guys break it down not only for the student but also for the watcher is absolutely down right spectacular, again when are you guys coming down under to Brisbane, would gladly pay for a round and a couple of lessons. Cheers dan
I have been watching these golf videos for as fiction book research for a character and the information has been so helpful for a complete golf novice.
These live lessons are superb. So much more beneficial than seeing a pro hitting balls and saying that's how it should be done. The only drawbacks are Piers' Almonds (rocks... socks) 😱
I have used the MeandMyGolf lessons through the app and it has helped me get rid of my slice and break 90 (shot 86 and 82 last two times out). I still would like more distance, but at least now I am hitting it straight. Would love an in person lesson!
Totally amazed with the lesson! Very clear and professional. Thank you guys again for this opportunity. Very much enjoyed it and I appreciate everything you taught me. It's a huge improvement already. Great video as always!
Fan from Canada. I will be visiting family in San Diego Oct 14-21. Would love to get a lesson or two in if you offer it. I am new to golf and only started this year.
What a drive at the end!! He crushed that LOL! Ball position is my problem 100% and this video showed me. I hit my 5 iron off the tee box at 200+ yards but I slice the living crap out of my driver 8/10 times. Changed my ball position and the club face came in perfect. Wow.. TY GUYS.
Did you guys have e a video on the proper alignment when using irons? My distance is not so bad but most of the time I’m 10-30 yards left or right of the hole :(
So what is your advice now on the A swing. Reserve for high handicappers or just pick elements of it like the grip that may help. Confusing to see your Leadbetter videos on the A swing merits, then come back to conventional rotational swing teaching.
Make sure your are not standing too close first with weight on your heels. The next thing is to look at your club face and make sure it's not opening too much in the backswing.
This is me, lol. Seems the more things I try, the more inconsistent it is. For me, and my most recent rabbit hole of swing thoughts, is that the issue is more about my overactive wrists in the backswing and transition (looking like a huge overswing), causing a cast in the downswing, a lack of fluid, relaxed wrists at impact, and very inconsistent contact. Great video!
You do a lot of lessons correcting slices.. Can you do one for hookers. Having loads of issues with the ball going left. Mostly off the tee. Great vid as always guys.
I would work on balance first.the guy is all over the place.Get him on his left side pulling on the club so he is posting around the left leg for consistency. Then as Jack Nicholas said .Release the club to beat his shirt buttons to the ball. Not cast the club but drop it in the slot.

Great lesson. I have been struggling with a very weak grip and making the change has been difficult. Now I see how it can be done. Thanks.

You just got with a bad coach that lesson. There’s a lot of coaches out there like Andy and Piers that won’t try completely change your swing
@svk_5104 I'm afraid anything I'm in driving distance of won't be anything like Andy & Pierce.

Yeah most coaches ive encountered tried to force fit me into their style without really explaining the logic or mechanics of why
Great video again chaps. Absolutely love these ''live lesson'' video's. Thanks.
Thanks Mark. Glad you enjoy them. What else would you like us to film? Suggestions welcome.
Great lesson. I struggle with the same things. I'm glad you went step by step to correct this. I now have a guide.

So understandable and quick to implement. Perfect 👌
Glad this was useful 👍🏻

Great lesson, very enjoyable watch 👌

Thanks Vladan. Great to meet you and you did awesome in the lesson . Hope all is good.
Excellent video!
Great lesson! Definitely want to try improving my swing plane next time I’m at the range. I live in San Diego and would love a lesson sometime!
I think this lesson was perfect! Thanks for this guys.
You're welcome. Glad this was useful!
Great lesson today. Solid.
Thanks
Liked the backswing tip because I think mine was too steep💗 Thanks😊
3 easy check points for the golf swing…thanks. Can’t wait to take this to the course
Hope it helps Tom.

Well done mates.
When are you in the desert of Southern California? I need help.
Excellent lesson, but I can’t help but to acknowledge those spikes Piers and Andy are wearing! 🔥🤟🏼🔥
Thanks Denis. Hope this was useful. Yes the shoes are 👌🏻
I’m an absolute beginner and would love a lesson 😄
Well done guys 🏌♂️ 🙂 👍
Thanks again Roy. Appreciate all your support my friend!
Wow, all in 11 minutes. Its like a miracle...
Just purchased the glove. Can’t wait to get it 😊
Hope you like it! Thanks 🙏

Great golf lesson and high fashion striped socks… what more can a lad ask for?? 🙌🙌🙌
😂😂 Thanks. Glad you enjoyed it.
Amazing
I need that wedge please!
Hard to hit balls with but great to look a the face.

Any tips or fixes on how to stop me shanking and hitting it off the heel really killing my game at the minute
Make sure your are not standing too close first with weight on your heels. The next thing is to look at your club face and make sure it's not opening too much in the backswing.
Why can’t you guys be in England near me pls 😔
How do I get a lesson with you guys?
Where can I get that wedge!!!!!!!!
No wonder he looked familiar! All the way from Sac, sheeeesh

We ma have one coming soon Peter. Thanks 👍🏻
The socks ...no no no no stop it piers just stop it please 🤯🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
What's wrong with my socks!? 👌🏻😉
I love golf but I can’t even get my driver off the ground. I played the other day and teed off with 5 and 7 irons. It’s really demoralizing:/
I would work on balance first.the guy is all over the place.Get him on his left side pulling on the club so he is posting around the left leg for consistency. Then as Jack Nicholas said .Release the club to beat his shirt buttons to the ball. Not cast the club but drop it in the slot.
The left hand is the only thing that controls the club face, sort that out and all the rest will come easy (with driver) 😂
Never thought of a possible grip change to solve my horrible driver inconsistency
Such a simple change to the grip can have a huge impact on the club face
@@meandmygolf. thanks for the info I will have to give it a shot because sometimes I hit everything perfect and sometimes it’s a disaster
Those socks are lollllll 😅
You love them don't you 😁
@@meandmygolf.when they make golf crocs, you will be properly dressed.
Every time I try a stronger grip I hook it😢
👍👍👍👍👍👍
Badly need a lesson I don’t think I’m fixable
You don't need to be flexible. You just need to work with what you have.
@@meandmygolf. fix not flex
If only your gloves weren't always sold out :(
I am really concerned for you and who the hell. Be safe! I’m out! Please get help. I’m concerned.
