This is an impressive showcase of the entire process of building a house foundation over 60 days. The detailed footage of laying yard floor tiles, constructing concrete columns, and plastering is both educational and fascinating. The time-lapse format captures the hard work and skill involved in each stage, making it a must-watch for anyone interested in construction or looking to learn more about the building process. Great job on providing such a comprehensive and informative video!
I have 20 years of experience in construction. I have been working in Russia. You have a very different quality and way of working here; every millimeter counts for quality!

Very nice work, most foundations I see are just trenches filled with concrete, lining with brick as here produces a very precise foundation giving a very precise finished foundation. Lot of hard work with all the manual labour involved but the results look fantastic quality.
Gostei, achei excelente o trabalho de vocês. Diferente do nosso aqui no Brasil. O jeito que vocês enche as colunas, é seguro o jeito de vocês. Deus abençoe vocês, e o vosso trabalho.📖🇧🇷
Some building techniques are really different from what we use in Europe. That was pretty interesting to watch how you build houses in your country. Good luck with your channel.
If you can explain in details about the things your using or the minimum and maximum size of reinforcement, columns slaps, beams etc etc it will be so nice .. 🙏🙏
For a country that fought so hard against Capitalism Vietnam has truly benefitted from capitalism... Every time I think of the Vietnam war it pains me that we put that country through so much pain, only for them to turn into a capitalist country in the end. Im so glad to see them prosper!
People has gotten into this idea that there was an Economical ideology war, it is not the case, they fougth against imperialism and the right to do whatever the hell they wanted in their country. They might have gone into the market now, but it's way different than what it would been. Ask yourselve why India is still so low and China is Booming if India was into the Capital market first. Thing is not about capitalism but about the control you have to make your own calls

@@BasixStructures You know all governments are authoritarian rights? Or do you really think Trump and Biden are the brightest and smartest on América. You just too naive to understand the third world and you think you live in a democracy just because they let you put a paper on a ballot.
I would go for mat finish tiles next time..coz it looks more authentic than these glazeed tiles also more slippery when wet..a more rough slate finish is timeless whereas cheap tiles, you ll rip out in 10 years..just saying..stick to the long View and quality timeless materials, even handmade Terra Cotta tiles that are timeless if layed well...maybe diagonally with a border and some Refinement.
There is no drainage pipe or any pipes for that matter. Our vietnamese people in the country side have yet to progress to or understand the need of drainage system. The build is quite different than what i normally see in north america. I guess that is the reason they dont implement a drainage system. But what do i know. I'd like to come back and retire with a big ass place like this for $50k.
Greetings from England. - Most interesting all round some of your building methods are a lot different to ours, - and so is the price for that house. The land alone with permission to build on would cost you almost what you charge for the house.😀👍.
It's good to know that the climate in Asian countries is different from Europe and America....Asia is prone to storms, floods, landslides, heavy rains. earthquakes. Therefore, building foundations that are resistant to natural conditions in Asia are needed. Of course the price is relatively expensive

To make the work easier for you when you want to lower the reinforced iron into place after preparing it, you must lower it from the middle center first, then the longer side, to the end of the two sides, and always from the middle. Then the other side, and then the other sides are lowered until the whole process is completed, whether on the ground or on whatever floor it is taking place on. The process is the same way. These people lower the reinforced iron from the outer edges to the inside, and this is wrong, and they should do it the opposite
