      Brilliant! True!

    • @SkunkApe407
      @SkunkApe407 3 роки тому +3

      Not necessarily. Flip flops are usually made out of fairly buoyant materials. They could have been in her hand or off to the side when the alleged wave swept across the deck. If so, they could ha e been caught behind a chaulk, bollard, or any number of things on a ship deck. I'm not sure if you've ever been on a large ship before, but the deck of a ship has a myriad of trunks, cables, and various other things that are fixed to the deck itself. The side rails around the edge of the deck are also solid barriers, rather than simple handrails. If a wave does wash across the decks there's a lot of debris left behind.
      Now, having said all of that, a wave large enough to sweep the deck isn't going to go unnoticed. A wave that large would have caused the ship to pitch and or roll. Virtually everyone on the ship would have felt the ship lurch when that wave hit. There would have been a record of any irregular seas in the ship's log books.

No accountability on the cruise line snd they act like, oh your daughter was swept away by a rogue wave, oh well. Ridiculous! They should have police on every cruise at least 2 people one to report to ( senior) and one to investigate any issues and call in FBI or whomever is needed. Thousands of people, a floating city with no police presence. This is a recipe for disaster.

      Nope, an equally bad idea. I’ve so far watched one episode where a retired teacher went on a cruise by herself. She was married and had two daughters but decided she would take a cruise by herself. She was killed on the cruise ship and the suspects were a cruise ship staff person, a man who showed her unwanted attention, or another obnoxious troubled, broke and drank man. Because she was along, a couple days past before her table mates noticed she hadn’t been to dinner for a second evening and reported it to the cruise ship officials. I’ve bounced around episode and out of sequence. It would be an early episode between episode 1-8. After 1-8, I stop watching episodes in sequence. SPOILER ALERT: her first mistake was bringing expensive jewelry on a cruise!

    What a harrowing story. I cannot help thinking that Elizabeth was feigning affection for Deanna in order to groom her for that sordid threesome, which probably culminated in Deanna being brutally raped by Zachary after he had torn her clothes off, forcing her to flee in someone else's clothes. Maybe she was thrown overboard by the other two, but it is also likely that after an ordeal like that she was so traumatised that she threw herself overboard. I suspect too that the cruise line and the youth ministry know more than they are revealing, because an incident like this is such adverse publicity for them, and a damning indictment of what was supposedly a "Christian" cruise for young people.

      Further to my above note I accept now that this story is not an exactly true story but just a retelling of the murder of Rebecca Coriam, a lovely fresh faced innocent British girl, who went missing on a supposedly " cute and clean" Disney cruise. from 1990 to 1992, i was in the navy and served on the uss missouri (bb-63) each time we are hit by a huge wave we always would log that in our department logbook. the cruise company is only trying to minimize their liability by blaming on the person's action so this way they are looking out to protect themselves instead of you and i... every company do this. funny, with that CCTV, why dont they hired someone that can read lips. suicide, her friends said that to hide or throw off the line of questions and again blaming the victim, what a friend? elizabeth and zack pushed her over on the fantail where there is fewer cameras. they used to be in youth ministry and now no longer... one day those two will pay for it!

    These cruise ships are so shady! Captain, crew, all of it! Do you know most cruise ships aren’t even American? Whatever flag they fly is what laws and authorities it falls under. I really doubt that’s a coincidence . You never hear about these disappearances on the news.. they try to sweep it all under the rug so people still want to come! Also how they’re so quick to say it was a wave or suicide. Also all the money they have why wouldn’t there be cameras EVERYWHERE! And I heard they have sensors that go off when someone goes over board. But in none of these stories do they say anything about that?? I also heard where they will never inform passengers of anything or a missing person because they don’t want to “cause panic”. Seems to be a perfect way to get away with organized crime! Drug trafficking, human trafficking. Absolutely crazy!!! I pray for all these victims. And this should be more talked about!!! Because since the other day I didn’t know any of this stuff.
