NOTE: I doubled this recipe in the video, this is the original and it says it will serve 5.
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
2 to 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 can French onion soup
1 medium cut into rings onion
mayonnaise, for serving
yellow mustard, for serving
hamburger buns
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. Sprinkle in the flour. NOTE: I forgot to put the flour clip in the video...😆
Add onion soup, stir and cook until meat mixture is thickened and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Spread mustard and mayonnaise, to taste, on bread. Spoon the ground beef mixture onto bread and top with onion.
