The whole truck is a 2011 or so, body included. These were the brand new trucks that just hit the road when I first visited a decade ago. Visalia bought some of the last split body formulas before Heil discontinued them & Heils decision to discontinue them was a large part of Visalias decision to get rid of the split cart system iirc. They just recently put a standard packer in them and took the dividers out when they went to the standard 3 cart system.
Formula 7000s were the go-to ASL back in the day. This specific body barely has any rust, and the arm is running at normal speed. No wonder they swapped chassis. I assume it was on a CCC LET2 or Peterbilt 310. Awesome video!!!
