Friday, May 4, 2018, at a Karaoke activity, here in the center of the colonial city of Santiago de los Caballeros, in Dominican Republic, I providentially came across this beautiful rendering of this standard, by means of some DJs who introduced it to me, for a humble interpretation, in that beautiful night with lovely friends. I have been afterwards betwitched by this slow tempo rendition.....and am practicing it at home, in order to vocalize it, or better said, interpret it locally, with some other cats.
