Please be kind i made it in 10 minutes on my phone. I tried to make a more "fluent" translation instead of direct one from italian. This means that the meaning isnt identical to the italian version, which is way more catchy and has rhymes on most of the lines.

Dove sono ora non ho un pc.. ho fatto la traduzione su un pezzo di carta e poi l'ho trascritta col cellulare. Non l'ho curata perché "tanto tra un po' arriveranno le traduzioni ufficiali". L'ho fatto cosi per pratica e perché c'era cosi tanta gente nei commenti che volevano i sottotitoli :)
