I had kept guppies outdoor, due to summer start, temp of tank has risen to 29-30 degrees. This has lead to columnaris disease (bacterial infection). Any solution to this problem?

Can anyone please help me I've beem trying to make a good guppy fish tank but i dont know why after putting them in my tank their fins are all closing up and the coloration of the doesn't look anything from the time i have purchased them and they're all dying... It is not about the money which i have wasted it is about the fish life which i lost.... Please anyone help me to get rid of this issue... I recently put some molly in my tank and they had fungus on their body and died after 2 days... I am changing the 60-70% water regularly after every 4-5 days but still no use..
