My 8yo finally had his first select practice tonight since lockdown. I can only hope he's that excited about gloves like Mason. Gotta get him used to practicing in the heat now. :)

A hydration tip:Since my high school training just started back up i’ve been using drip drops. It offers 3 different flavors and each are great!They are a bit more expensive but they work miracles.The navy seals use them too!
Love the gloves. My boy is a southpaw. He has Rawlings Heart of the Hide gloves. He currently has a pitching/fielding glove and a first base mitt. If he plays in HS, and is not a PO, he will get an outfield glove... likely HoH, as well. He loves them.

I know that you were saying Mason starts practice I’ve been watching your videos for a long time. You can’t go wrong with potatoes in chicken nuggets they just go together very well. I forgot to watch that too I was watching Little League World Series. I like chicken nuggets and potatoes especially french fries. No it’s not but you have to get unhealthy sometimes. If youre looking for good hydration there's this water called propel water and its basically just water that flavored and its made by gatorade and Powerade. They are sold in cases at Bjs Im not sure where you shop but they're awesome and they taste great.
All I have during my basketball practices is water in my bottle and then another water sometimes I change it up and get Gatorade. I’ve never heard of the Liquid IV Hydration.
Yo just a little tip: when doing those arm bands make sure you not only slowly pull it but when you doing a rep when your going e-centric make sure your also slowly realeasing. This will make you gain strength in your arm.
